The Ibis Styles Confins is a very good choice for a hotel near CNF airport. No surprises--this is a typical Ibis Styles...functional, reliable, and a good value. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet was good (and started at 4 am for those with early flights), and the shuttle was generally reliable to and from the airport. The staff was friendly and efficient. The fitness room was small but useful and is open 24/7. Main pluses: Proximity to the airport; clean and quiet rooms Main drawback: There is not much actually near the hotel and not recommended if your intent is to visit attractions in Belo Horizonte since it is at least 20 km from the city. A bit of a caveat though about the shuttle. One of the drivers who typically works in the afternoon sometimes skips a run (based on the schedule prominently posted in the hotel lobby) and will have you wait at or near the van at the airport while he chats with other van drivers. Thus, a maximum 20 minute wait can become a 40 minute wait. This reflects poorly on the hotel even though I think he is actually a contracted employee, but this individual certainly was the exception and not the rule from the staff at the hotel. Bottom line: I would stay at this hotel again if I have flights into or out of CNF.

Great location and very attentive staff from arrival to departure. Our room had a great view of the lake and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our balcony. Breakfast was very good and diverse. Unfortunately dinner was disappointed while they have a nice menu and a lot of the items are not available, it also took forever for our meal to arrive one at the time. I will definitely stay there again if I need to.

O hotel tem uma localização boa perto do aeroporto internacional de BH, para quem procura um hotel com bom custo benefício perto do aeroporto é uma ótima dica! Achei a limpeza mediana, ja q vi lixo no chao do meu quarto de hospede anterior, ducha muito boa e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, cafe da manhã muito bom!! Porem única coisa que me incomodou muito, foi o despreparo do hotel, em ao pedir um travesseiro extra, me negaram de forma grosseira, o q é um absurdo, falei então educadamente q tinham q ter um travesseiro extra no hotel sim, (como nao ter um travesseiro extra naquele hotel gigante, impossível, estavam de má vontade isso sim), pois tenho problema de coluna q se virassem para conseguir um, ae depois de muito custo, e horas de espera, mandaram um travesseiro extra, aff, todo hotel tem a obrigação de ter travesseiro extra, pela grosseria do funcionário e pela falta de preparo do hotel em ter travesseiro extra, nao volto a me hospedar aqui, sou muito justo e essa ressalva do travesseiro acabou com a reputação do hotel para mim!!

Gostei muito da hospedagem com minha esposa. Hospedamos para participação no Congresso anual das Testemunhas de Jeová em São José da Lapa e o hotel fica numa distância boa do salão de assembleias, cerca de 5 km. Tem muitas opções de supermercado e farmácias por perto. Restaurantes também. A rua do hotel achei ruim de estacionar e muito suja. A garagem do hotel que fica separada do complexo também é muito suja com muitos caminhões no local. O café da manhã é excelente, gostei muito. A cama e os travesseiros são maravilhosos. Recomendo e pretendo ficar hospedado novamente. O dono é meio fechadão, parece ser sem educação, mas é o jeito dele mesmo, quando você puxa papo vê que ele é gente boa.
