Kami mempunyai penginapan yang menakjubkan di sini! Perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan dan peralatan tempat tidur yang disimpan dengan baik. Saya mempunyai komen dengan bilik mandi walaupun, saya harap ia boleh menjadi lebih wangi, dan ia memerlukan lebih banyak penjagaan. Tetapi tidak menjejaskan keseluruhan pengalaman hotel.

Gusto ko ung may hot shower kasi lamigin ako and perfect this rainy season ✅ Accomodating Staffs Mababait sila and mabilis magprovide ng meals. Love their Galaxylog meals ✅ Budget-friendly Mura na meron pang discount which is great kaya next time dito uli ako magbbook. I and enjoyed my stay and I am recommending this to family and friends! Try all of their VIP Themed Rooms! 😍 Smooth transaction of booking, very user-friendly and has discounts!

Those are Big-assed TVs and Royal cable was beyond excellent.. NOT even 5-star hotels have this many cable channels and this scored heavily for me in terms of just relaxing and letting it all hang out.. literally just hanging out in that cozy bed, pillows, and comfy blankets—ultra-cool air conditioning system in the three rooms we booked for the long vacation. Definitely making this hotel. a monthly staycation site from now on after the Hot Spring swim for the ”senior citizens” in the family. Breakfast was sumptuous on the first day, entree to dessert, fruits, very nicely seasoned, the cereal is a welcome treat.

For that price I would say it is an Ok hotel but there are other good hotels in the vicinity if the budget can go up. The hotel has a decent size swimming pool, car parking is ample space and on weekends locals come to stay and have pool side fun time with families. The FnB is limited however well prepared. The staff is courteous. The room I stayed had old furniture in it. The breakfast buffet is available but it is very basic. Another downside is the location..one cannot walk and go to nearby restaurants or bars. There is nothing near around as the hotel is in an industrial area. Like I mentioned, with that price it is ok but I would increase my budget to try another hotels nearby which are newer.

Me and my girlfriend booked a room for 6 days. She chose this resort because it was not far from her residence and across the street from Kamay ni Hesus. What do you expect during a pandemic? When we entered the room, it was not maintained, clean or even prepared for guests. However, there was a welcome card on a table with me and my girlfriend's name written on it. This told me that staff had entered the room prior to our arrival. The refrigerator was not plugged in, the TV was not working properly; had to unplug it and plug it back in the electrical outlet to turn it on, the room was dusty, dirty, had fly wings on the furniture and reeked an odor of YUCK! Now when I complained, the staff was very attentive and sent a cleaning crew there ASAP but this should have been done prior to any guest arrival. So me and the misses took a tour of the resort and it was run-downed. It was not kept up to par as a resort should be in my opinion. The best part of the resort was the pool/bar area. There were many people coming and going; I guest for a quick getaway. I wont mention zip-lining and/kayaking, ahem. It rained for two days, therefore, we couldnt swim and afterwards, staff drained the pools. So me and the misses found a small recreation area that had billiards and a ping pong table and made the best of it. The next day we returned to play billiards and the balls, and pool sticks were gone. What a way to treat the guests, who could not use the pool. I didnt even complain to staff, I was so happy to be in the company of my girlfriend and spend quality time with her. Now, were both scratching from rashes on our skin. ***!!! OH by the way, the resort had a safe and telephone in the room that did not work.

First time visiting this resort. The resort is divided into members and non-members living area. There's a dirt lot parking for visitors to park and a 3 minute boat ride to island. The pool areas are include with the resort but the rest of the attractions are fee as you go. The place is a bit outdated and needs some upgrades. At the members side, there's limited food/snacks available and delivered to your room or at the dining area and are reasonably priced. On the non-members side, meals are included. Room rates are based on per person/night. Just make sure to dispose of your food trash properly because there was a rat in our room which was able to get in through the window type AC unit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Le camere sono pulite e ben tenute e la colazione è ben organizzata. Il personale è gentilissimo ed efficiente. Purtroppo l’hotel è molto rumoroso. Noi avevamo una camera al secondo piano vicino al deposito degli house keeping: alle 5:30 del mattino cominciano a trascinare i carrelli nel corridoio, parlano a voce alta tra di loro oppure con walkie-talkie! Una mattina hanno iniziato prima delle 5. La location fa organizzare feste e la sera c’è confusione finì alle due. Purtroppo si dormono 3 ore per notte

Absolutely beautiful. It looks like as it is in the pictures. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. The landing station to the Pagsanjan Falls is just 1-minute walk from the property. There's a 7/11 & Mercury Drugstore within a short walking distance. Really good breakfast choices and we love that they serve brewed coffee. Though the property has also a menu from their kitchen we didn't have the chance to try it. When we craved for halo-halo which is not on their menu, the staff recommended two stores & ordered it for us with delivery. In front on our rooms is a rambutan tree full of fruits. We were able to taste them and they're really good. This property is an absolute gem!

It was not the hotel staycation that we expected it to be and for me it was a terrible experience booking my family into this accommodation and having an event in the place. We have been to other budget hotels / accommodations before, but all we have been to were completely organised and clean, and unfortunately this hotel says otherwise. Their function hall may house about 50 to 70 guests comfortably and perhaps more than this number will be too constraint given you have the stage, food counters, sounds & lights, etc to consider too. When we visited the hall, it has a distinctive smell on which we couldn't identify, but it was definitely unlikeable and their carpets were immensely dirty. The lobby was casual yet I would say it's comfortable, but one thing that perplexed me was that they only open the aircon when we arrived and has to ask for it too (not sure if this is the same practice on other hotels), but I was just surprised that this is not one of hotel standards. We have booked three Superior rooms and our family were overly excited for the staycation as we came all the way from Bulacan and it was the very first time that we will be together in a hotel stay. Regrettably, the rooms were utterly smelly (amoy kulob), and the toilets were significantly dirty. There were numerous water stains and my mother found an empty shampoo sachet on which indicated that the toilet were not properly cleaned. Bath tubs were unhygienic too and the sink sadly were clogged. My mother was very particular with the cleanliness of the place as she herself has used to work in Housekeeping department so it dismayed her when she saw that the rooms and the toilets were not sanitized well. It was not being too fussy or inconsiderate, but we had two children (1 is a baby) and senior citizens with us so good sanitation of the place was truly vital for us.. The staff were not in uniform, so they cannot be distinguished with the other guests too, not unless they were in the front desk area. Nevertheless, I have to commend the staff as they were polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who helped me out to print my documents needed for the event. This review is not to tarnish the name of the hotel, but for them to improve the service and accommodations (amenities & facilities) and to alert the management to strive more to establish certain standards in the hotel to attract potential guests and should not be complacent so that they can give the best hospitality they can. I really hope that they can work things out and push more to achieve excellent results and good reviews.
