Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Lainate

Cheap and nasty. We had booked some weeks ago, but when we arrived at 8.30pm, our rooms had not been allocated. Staff were unhelpful. There were no cups, glasses or tissues in the room and the minibar fridge was not working properly. The bathroom bench was badly cracked and the soft plastic bedhead was gashed. The carpets were old, very faded, thin and stained. There were no tea or coffee making facilities, either in the rooms or in reception. We asked for some cups, as there was nothing in the rooms for us to drink from, and were grudgingly given 2 flimsy disposable plastic cups, yet we found out next morning that there were plenty of glasses right next door to reception in the breakfast room.

Eravamo a piedi e dalla stazione di Saronno ci si muove in meno di 10 minuti a piedi. L'ospitalità, il sorriso e la disponibilità sono le caratteristiche estremamente positive che rendono il soggiorno molto positivo.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

I felt very welcome from the first entry in the hotel until check-out. Reception is very fast, well-organized and friendly. My room was well equipped and very tidy. I took a bottle of water from the minibar and wanted to pay it during check-out. The answer was that this is a service of the hotel - very kind. And the breakfast... excellent with quite a big choice! Not to forget the booking process via e-mail. It was quick and uncomplicated. I will definitely come back if I have another stay in Legnano one day.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Tried the restaurant once but wouldn’t go back as food low quality. The kitchen is very small, so understandable. There’s no real bar area either. Breakfast was ok. I would return to the hotel but not the restaurant. Staff all very courteous.

Per vicinanza a sede azienda ho pernottato alcune notti e avuto opportunità di cenare 3 sere presso ristorante hotel. Pertanto, ho avuto modo di verificare in circostanze diverse la qualità dei servizi. La prima sera, non conoscevo la realtà e la logistica della struttura. Mi ha stupito la cortesia e il calore dell'accoglienza da parte di Federica, venutami incontro per mettermi a mio agio e orientarmi alla cena. Ottima esperienza con costata irlandese. La seconda sera, ogni aspettativa derivante dalla prima positiva serata è stata pienamente rispettata: accoglienza, servizio, cibi e cortesia. La terza è stata superiore alle aspettative, con squisita disponibilità, professionalità ed empatia, manifestata dal maitre Stefano e dalla simpatica Nadia. Bravissimi tutti, cucina compresa

This is a basic hotel, good for one night The room is large, clean, there is hot water. The breakfast was OK. There is covered and open free parking. Our room was at annex and second floor. There was internet reception. I asked to be fixed. They said they cannot. I asked for a different room they said they are full, which seem not correct.

everything was excellent. the room, the staff and the breakfast were on level. We stayed overnight and we enjoyed it. the parking was safe and there was a charging point which was very handy. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

I visited this hotel as part of a business trip, it’s location is in a quiet street, not far from shops and the hotel itself is very clean updated and well decorated, it’s a beautiful place. The staff here are super friendly, helpful, couldn’t really ask for any more,.Nicola in the restaurant in particularly was attentive, and a fun guy visiting very good. Or spacious, and perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, and there is chairs and desk for working. I only observation is the dialect of English channels on the television, only BBC News, but at the end of the day, that’s why we will bring a laptop or an iPad, so it wasn’t a big deal. Would be more than happy to return here on my next trip to Milan. Thank you all at the hotel for making this a pleasant one, see you again soon.

Questo hotel è un'ottima scelta con molti utili servizi sia per chi viaggia per turismo che per lavoro.Reception rassicurante, presente 24ore con personale gentilissimo accogliente e professionale. Albergo 3 stelle meritatissime vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni di RHO, camere ben arredate, spaziose pulite e ben tenute dalla Signora Elisabetta. Colazione che spazia dal dolce al salato, con la gentilissima e bravissima signora Barbara sempre presente e disponibile. Non posso essere che grato! Le persone professionali e oneste esistono ancora.
