I love this short one night stay with my daughter and the receptionist is very humble and friendly. I love this night safari especially the hot spring. If u ask me would I come back to stay? Definitely I will.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel provides free parking, which is a plus. However, our first impression wasn’t great. When we arrived, the place was quite crowded and we waited around 10 minutes in the check-in line, only to be told that a RM50 deposit was required in cash. Since we didn’t have any cash on us, we couldn’t check in and had to go find an ATM first. This wasn’t communicated beforehand and made the check-in process unnecessarily inconvenient. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was generally fine. The room was clean, though not spotless. Hot water and water pressure were both acceptable. The room came with basic amenities such as a kettle, iron, hairdryer, TV, and water heater, which was convenient. Our room included breakfast, and that was actually a highlight. The food quality was good with a decent variety of options, and there was nothing to complain about on that front. Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from outside could be heard through the door, but it didn’t really bother us at night. Overall, despite the rough start during check-in, the hotel was mostly good and met basic expectations.

The hotel room was decent and clean. However, for some reason, all the windows were sealed off. The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel wasn't very good. Check-in was incredibly slow, and I had to wait for a long time. On the bright side, the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a little over a kilometer from the train station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street.

A very pleasant stay! The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.

Stayed here so many times.. marvellous hotel n very satisfying.. good location, friendly staff, food court is just nearby the hotel, great range of facilities from pool to gym.. simply the best!!

Hotel exterior and rooms seems to have some update. Room is quite clean, shower water pressure is good, staff is friendly. Only issue I had was there seems to be some hair oil smell on the pillows, I used a disposable face tower to lay over it to minimize the smell, just a 1 night stay so didn't make a fuss abt it.

My sun protection clothing fell to a lower floor, and the front desk returned it to me when I checked out, which was great. The pool cleanliness was decent, but it might feel a bit small for adults. Environment: Good Hygiene: Good Service: Good Facilities: Okay

The location is fantastic, directly facing Taiping Lake, which is just a 10-minute walk away. It was lovely to go for a run there in the mornings and evenings. There's also a good hawker center right across from the hotel, though we didn't get a chance to eat there. Adding an extra bed was only 68 RM, which wasn't expensive, and it included breakfast. Overall, it was a very good stay. Just remember that Taiping is a small town, so don't set your expectations too high.

The lobby is nicely decorated with Christmas trees 🌲 and live the ambience. There is only 1 washing machine and dryer so we need to wait for long time. During the stay, we experienced blackout and staff did not bother go around and explain to us. There are eateries beside the hotel and a little far from main area but generally ok.
