The hotel is in a very good location, close to the weekend night market and the food market but in a quiet location next to the park. The hotel is old and a little bit run-down and probably needs a refurbishment, it is very grand building though. My wife and I stayed during the cool season (below 20 degrees C in the day) however our room was extremely hot, we had to put the air-con on to the lowest temperature just to cool the room down. I really am not sure where the heat was coming from because as soon as you stepped out of the room you could feel the cool air again. Anyway other than that the hotel is ok, and good value for money if you are stopping for a short time.

Remote from village but quiete, well managed older property with atmosphere, infinity pool and wonderful sunset. The is a typical Thai Hotel on the countryside: even it doesn't look like it's more a booth construction than concrete walls (no noise isolation to outside, neighbours). Also it shows its age (potenially from 1990ies). However a itwasn't fully booked in late October so we could really enjoy this place with atmophere and a great sunset. Breakfast mainly for Asian (Thai) customers but this is everywhere on those remote from mass tourism places. Absolutely recommended for reasonable rates 1300-1500 THB (oldschool Thailand experience). Booked Superior Villa with breakfast for 2night stay. Villa was well furnished, Tv with tv box, wifi, kettle, coffee & tea bag provided as well,washroom was big & toiletries provided. Only short coming is telephone not working in all rooms. Need to walk to reception for assistance. Resort was well located with a hill top restaurant serving adequate breakfast. Lunch & dinner menu also not expensive not to mention the good view overseeing Mekong river and Laos border. Last but not least very close to all tourist attractions. Sunrise viewing at Phu Tok, Kaeng Khut Kru just 10 to 15 min drive.

Chiang Khan is a small river town with the magic of the Mekong river bringing visitors from far and near. With that, prices are exorbitant. Supposedly our room was for 4 persons but we used only one king size bed. The bedsheets were badly stained and we used the lesser of the two dirty ones. Mini Fridge didn't work and we asked for a replacement but it didn't work either. Bathroom was dirty at the corners and we wore slippers while bathing. Aircon was noisy but cold enough. Aarrgg..not coming back here again even for free.

เราจองมา4ห้องกับแก๊งค์ ส่วนตัวนอนคนเดียว ละเป็นคนผมสี แต่ในห้องน้ำยังคงมีเศษผมสีดำอยู่บริเวณประตูในห้องน้ำ ไม่แน่ใจว่าคลีนอัพไม่ทันหรือยังไง แต่ไม่ได้เป็นอุปสรรคแต่อย่างใด แค่รู้สึกว่ามันไม่ควรมีไหม โลเคชั่นใกล้ตลาดมากกก ห้องไม่ใหญ่ พื้นที่ใช้สอยน้อย เหมาะสำหรับมานอนพักโดยเฉพาะจริงๆ น้ำไหลแรง ไฟสว่างปกติ ไม่มีประตูห้องน้ำกระจกกั้นระหว่างจุดที่อาบน้ำกับชักโครก(แต่มีกำแพงกระจกกั้น) TV สัญญาณไม่ค่อยดี เลยไม่ได้เปิด แต่Wi-Fi แรงมาก เอา notebookไปดูหนังฉ่ำ พนักงานบริการดี มีการโทรแจ้งช่วง11โมงว่าจะมีปม่บ้านเข้าไปทำความสะอาดตอน 11:30 ดีนะว่านัดกันออกเวลานี้ ถ้าออกเที่ยงจริง ไม่แน่ใจจะมีปัญหาหรือป่าว(ในระบบแจ้งว่าcheck out 12:00) และสำหรับคูปองอาหารเช้าส่วนตัวไปใช้ไม่ทันเพราะร้านแถวนั้นจะมีพักเบรคช่วงกลางวันเปิดอีกทีตอนเย็นๆ ออกที่พัก 11:30ไปทานไม่ทันครับ ใครจะใช้สิทธิแนะนำตื่นไปทานเช้าๆดีที่สุด

ผมไปสอบสอบเรียนต่อที่เลยห้องพักดีมากเลยครับมีสระว่ายน้ำมีฟิตเนสวิวสวยเเล้ววันนั้นเพื่อนผมโดนรถเชี่ยวเเขนพี่ทางโรงเเรมได้พาไปส่งโรงพยาบาลโดยไม่คิดเงินเลยครับเเละวันนั้นไม่มีรถกลับโรงเเรมทางโรงเเรมก็มารับโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆเลยครับเเล้วทางโรงเเรมใจดีมากครับยังอาสาไปส่งพวกผมสอบที่มหาวิทยาลัยด้วยขอบคุณพระคุณพี่ๆเจ้าหน้าที่ขอบคุณผู้จัดการที่ดูเเลเเบบเหมือนนักธุรกิจเลยครับขอคุณที่เมตตาครับสุดท้ายนี้สิ่งที่พวกผมอยากจะบอกพวกผมสอบติดครับเย้ๆพวกพี่ๆผู้จัดการคือหนึ่งในผู้ทำให้พวกผมทำได้ไปก้าวหนึ่งครับขอบคุณครับ🙇♂️🙏

Nice little hotel with quaint garden. The owner speaks passing English and has a friendly fat dog. My bed was good even though I prefer softer. A little far from the town center but it’s walkable maybe one kilometer. This is a tourist town but I was there in the off season so not many people around. But it’s a beautiful area to visit.

Nice hotel in its day. But a little dated and tired now.had a deluxe room which was very big and clean. Very few people staying there, so very quiet The food as very delicious. The swimming pool and gym are situated away from main hotel and very quiet. Nice if you want a quiet stay. Lovely gardens to walk around

ที่พักสะดวก สบายและสะอาด ตกแต่งภายในรีสอร์ทดูเรียบง่าย คลาสสิค บรรยากาศดีเยี่ยม มีจักรยานให้ปั่น พี่เจ้าของรีสอร์ทใจดีมากครับ 😊 ช่วยจั้มแบตรถให้ผมด้วยครับ มีน้องแมวมาต้อนรับ ขี้อ้อน น่ารัก มาครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว ยังประทับใจเหมือนเดิม แนะนำครับอยู่ใกล้แก่งคุดคู้ บรรยากาศริมโขง

Zentrumsnah und sehr familiäres Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Ich buche dieses Hotel regelmäßig und der Servicestandard ist über die Jahre gleich hoch geblieben. Ca. 100 m vom Hotel ist ein empfehlenswerter Massagesalon, der wirklich qualifiziert Thai Massagen anbietet zu kleinem Preis. Dort wie im Hotel stimmt das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis
