I let them know if l didn't receive satisfactory response that l would be making this experience public, To refund my fully. He hung up on me. DON'T STAY IN ROOM 7. Black mould in shower and bathroom. I stayed here 22&23rd of June 2024. I took photos and showed the owner/ manager after l had gotten dressed. I showed him the photos, said it was disgusting and BLACK MOULD WAS POINSNOUS. He asked how long I would be out and said he would clean it. After 5 hours of being out l went back only to find it was NOT CLEANED,he can out and said l could not use the shower, he had sprayed it and he wanted to come back in. To wipe it, Not even scrub it!!! I wasn't feeling well and went to reception to tell them it was not suitable for them to come back in. THAT I WOULD NOT USE THE SHOWER AT ALL. Would you think in 5 hours they could of cleaned it, After 5 hours They did not clean the mould. They dud not offer me a different room to stay in. So very very angry, upset by the poor service and response to my request.
