Clean room, excellent front desk service. The refrigerator is fully functional, with separate compartments for freezing and cooling – fantastic!

I needed to book 23 rooms near Edwards Air Force Base for an event I was organizing and Springhill Suites was convenient. Speaking with the GM Susan, she offered a great rate for the group plus since we needed to depart early the following morning, she arranged for the complimentary breakfast to be prepared earlier than usual. Overall the staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also had 23 exotic cars in the parking lot and the lot was very well lighted and the parking spaces were widely spaced which was much appreciated. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and I can highly recommend it.

All Holiday Inns are getting worse this is the 2nd out 3 nights they over charged me for a room. So we get here in Lancaster o er charged on my ihg cc again. Breakfast 7 to 9 get down at 8 1 wheat b Bagel 1 piece of wheat toast no sausage some dried up eggs. I asked if more was coming out 7 minutes ok I'll wait now 8:30 10 minutes later 3 pieces of sausage that's it. The night before in Hermosa Beach $230 grab and go place was a mess under construction but no warning. Same crap in the elevator 2nd day. BERY DISAPPOINTING

I have been staying at this Hampton Inn or the Homewood Suites nextdoor for the last 15+ years. I have never experienced the problems that I had this week in the last 15+ years here in Lancaster. I was going to comment on the wear and stains I saw on some of the chairs and wallpaper in the rooms, but I was going to let it go - until I had the bugs that started crawling on me in bed the late evening of the 25th in Room 318. I was initially placed in Room 319, until I found that the window had no curtains to close. There was a bracket in the window, but no curtains in the bracket to close. I was then moved to Room 318 - until the late evening when I had the bugs crawling on me in bed. It seemed that the bugs were in the pillow(s) from what I could see before squishing about four (4) of them and calling the front desk. I was moved to Room 320, but I found the ironing board up in the middle of the room and the bathroom clearly used/not clean with towels on the floor. I was finally moved to Room 317 where I was finally able to get a couple of hours of sleep after I thoroughly inspected the bed and pillows with a bright flashlight. Very sorry to see my ”home away from home” in such a state of disarray. With so many new hotels in the area, it's likely they will be among my first choices going forward. Even though I was told all these issues would be put into the nightly report, I was sadly still not contacted by the manager. I do work for one of the major aerospace companies in the Valley and I will be sharing my experience with my peers and Customers. (I had to fumigate my luggage and dry clean all my clothes before I set foot back in my home for fear that I had crawling hitchhikers...).

Stayed one night here and found the stay good, had a couple little things but overall good and would stay again. Safe location near hospital and was super quiet at night. Front desk was nice and lady at breakfast had everything stocked and clean.

This is a very new hotel, and we usually visit family in Lancaster and have stayed at other hotels. This hotel was a really good experience. It’s very clean, the room are a good size, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. We stayed in a double queen suite. Above all, it is the staff who make this place what it is. Bryce in particular is very welcoming and helpful. The night staff were friendly too. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit the high desert! Thanks for a great stay!!!

I’m writing this review because I was so impressed by the customer service. Upon checking in Debbie was so sweet to greet me, let me know about the hotels amenities, and get me some cold water. The room was clean and quiet and I loved the comfy bed and pillows. Our room included breakfast and it was delicious. I had the French toast and service was excellent. Our group is coming back for a longer stay later this month. I’m glad we chose this hotel because I know our next stay will be great too!

Very consistent with other Courtyards. The night bartended was a bit overwhelmed as he was the only one working the food/beverage area, but everyone was patient and he was friendly despite being so busy. Great stay and enjoyed it very much.
