Simply put. We loved our stay and were sad to go home! Great suite. Great food. Friendly, helpful staff. And close to Aguinaguin, Anfi beach and Puerto Rico all of which had stunning views, lots of restaurants (Gastronomica by Rocio was a particular favourite), bars and good quality shops. 10/10❤️

Excellent value for money , staff very helpful and polite .rooms clean and tidy . Great view from balcony . Pool lovely .quiet place . Nice few restaurants along the front . Food at b snack bar excellent .no rush for a sun bed . Can have a massage if you feel like it . .

Hotel organised the taxi for us to get to the hotel from airport for €60. Fair price and the driver was waiting there for us upon arrival and took about 30 mins to get to hotel. Once in the hotel checked in and then went down to room, the rooms do NOT HAVE air con, they provide a fan which just blows warm air around the room and is hard to sleep with it on. The floor was dirty having to wear our sliders the room to keep our feet clean. There was also a lot of dead bugs and live ones scattered around the room such as mosquitoes and 1/2 cockroaches. The towels provided need to improve. Many have tears in them and very thin. The ventilation in the shower rooms also is quite bad. Upon leaving we asked to keep the room for a further hour as we were leaving late afternoon and we couldn't get told til the morning before leaving which is a bit of an inconvenience. How they can't tell you before hand is pretty strange.... no other alternative was offered either which is a shame. Positive's were that there were many sunbeds available at this time of year. Pool was clean. A bus stop just over the road to take you into Puerto rico which is great with a lot going on for just €1.40 PP. A spar supermarket is just over the road also.

Hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, very close to the sea, there is a beach just 2 min walking distance. Swimming pool is nice and clean with a lot of sunbeds all around, but they do not provide towels. We went there after season, so it was more quiet and not overcrowded. There is a lot of options for breakfast, but it's average or below average in my opinion. Rooms are clean and spacious, but unfortunately bathrooms are small and very poorly ventilated, which meant we needed to shower with the door wide open to get some air. It is worth to mention that there is only one exceptional staff member, that seems to care, has excellent manners and always smiling towards the customers, his name is Oliver, he works at the restaurant and pool bar. One situation that we didn't like was when we wanted to do late check out. We started asking a few days prior about it, and all we heard was that we need to ask in the morning on the day of check out. On the day of check out we heard that all the rooms are fully booked, so we can't do late check out, which btw we wanted to pay for. It was hard to believe that all the rooms were suddenly fully booked as we were staying in the hotel for a week, and there wasn't many people in it, also we were checking out mid week. We checked online and the rooms with sea view (just like ours) were still available to book on the same day. We went to the reception to ask about it. The lady on the desk was trying to find an excuse saying it is the agency's fault, then that they don't want to give a room for 15euro (late check out price) if they have an option of someone maybe booking the room for 80euro, and then she admitted that they have no cleaning staff after 3pm. It left a very sour taste and we were very disappointed. We've been offered to book a shower room, which is a good option, but they said they don't provide the towels. Again, hard to believe that hotel has no extra towels. Once we got to "the shower room" it was just a regular room with a sea view, which looked exactly the same as our previous room, so we just confirmed that they lied to us, as they had spare rooms for additional guests or for us to stay a few hours longer. The room was booked for 4pm, we found dirty towels in the bathroom from the previous guests. At 4.05pm a cleaning lady came in to the room with towels in her hand, but when she saw us she was shocked and went away. She obviously wasn't finished cleaning the room from previous guests. She didn't leave clean towels with us. Another lie - as they said they don't have cleaning staff after 3pm. Overall the hotel is cheap, so it is worth, what you pay, but it would be in their best interest to provide a better service for their customers if they want them to recommend further, as we will not.

Hotel is located with easy access to different areas. Very cheap on the bus into Puerto Rico and Maspalomas. The bus stops are a 3 minute walk outside of the hotel entrance. The rooms are a good size with beautiful views of the sea and Anfi. There is no air-conditioning in the rooms however there is a large floor fan to keep cool. The bedrooms are comfortable and of a good size as is the kitchen. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Pool states its heated but we found it very cold. It started to feel ok once you'd been in it for a few minutes. It's a good size. There is a supermarket and a spar about a 3-4 minute walk up from the hotel which is a lot cheaper than the mini market and a much better variety. The reception staff are amazing and go above and beyond to try and resolve any issues you have. The maids are also very friendly and clean the rooms daily except Sundays. The solarium on the roof is very quiet as most people stay around the pool area. Perfect for relaxing and even a hot tub to relax in and take in all of the views. For only a 3* hotel we found it great. Ive had worse rooms/service in 4 and 5* star hotels. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap and cheerful stay in Gran Canaria and would definitely return.

Excellent location, just by the beach. The rooms are very spacious, clean and amazing view. Food selection is great, lactose free & gluten free options are available. Every staff members were very helpful, kind and professional. Try the roof top bar for sunset. If you rented a car, use the large car park next to the hotel. I’ll choose this hotel again when I come to Gran Canaria. 💫🏝️
