Ulasan MGM Grand Hotel and Casino

The hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

Super clean and beautiful! We had an awesome time at MGM. Their fees were very straightforward and we weren’t hit with any nasty surprises. The rooms were clean and soundproofing was great. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was cozy! ****** on the first floor, and target just a 5 minute walk away for grocery needs (we saved a lot of money getting groceries as opposed to always needing to eat out). We’d definitely stay again!

1.The mask used by the previous customer is still there. 2.The bed was not very clean and had hair from the previous person.

Great location, except currently there’s a construction going on, to cross the road it takes ages. No free water in the hotel, minibar is motion activated, charges as soon as you touch it. I was very cautious about my reflex of just grabbing things off it.

When I arrived at the room, the safe was locked and would not work. The TV would not work. The room smelled like an ashtray. Called the front desk to have the TV fixed and to open the safe. Waited one hour nobody came and had to meetfellow workers. Nothing was fixed very disappointed. Stayed at New York New York a week before and had a much better experience.

Overall I feel happy.

Clogged up bathroom drainage was a disaster and quite frankly a disgusting experience. Room was definitely not clean, and will never return. Noise issue is very bad here, and you can hear every single conversation your next door guests are having. 1/5 experience, highly NOT recommended.

This was a complete waste of money. My mother in law ended up slipping and falling and breaking her elbow which meant her and my husband spent most of their time at the er and in doctors offi c especially. never once had a chance to even go to the pool. unbelievable. She is in so much pain it's nor even funny

The bed quality was good but the room smells like a type of cigarette and downstairs is very crowded full of people.

Awesome pool amenities, great location, hotel is showing signs of ageing but clean regardless. Happy with our stay.

Hotel room in general is alright, just to keep in mind that No water bottle will be provided. You will have to pay for anything you touch (I.e Moving any items in the fridge or to place your items in the fridge. If you need to use the fridge, you will have to rent it per day.) They provided body wash and shampoos but the bottles were empty. No one at front desk ever picked up the phone.
