I impressed for Nice pool! Lazy river was very cool and fun. Main pool was good for children. We were have good vacation!
This resort is good for family trip. And this resort is very closer from premium outlet, so you can get great shopping time.
Near by this hotel so many yummy places. My recommended for breakfast restaurant is “black bear dinner”.
I will really recommend for this hotel. This hotel is economic and have good service and have comfortable room.
If you have family travel, I think this hotel is good choice.

Everything would have been great if TRIP.COM submitted my reservations to the resort. My reservation could not be found almost like this website was a scam. Luckily I saved all transactions between trip.com and myself. Due to the inconvenience, the resort management comped a room for 3 days. Tahiti village 10/10. Trip.com not recommended.

We didn’t feel safe, it was supposed to be a family oriented resort, but they have too many people “partying” and been loud, drunk people, not a pleasant experience.

Really family friendly experience. Pool was amazing and heated to 80 degrees we went when it was 40 degrees out and had a blast. It really is a paradise away from the *****. It does help to have a dennys and chic fil a right next door.

I would have given a high rating except for a moldy mattress and some maintenance issues. The place has a nice look and feel but if you look at the details. It’s obvious there is a need for some property TLC

I cannot express how happy we were with our decision to stay here. First, we arrived very early (6 hours!) knowing we couldn’t check in yet, but hoping to store our luggage. The front desk was actually able to get us in a room right away! (Don’t expect this, because I’m sure it was a fluke, but it was incredibly nice!). Next, the room exceed our expectations! It was large and quite lovely, with a nice size kitchen. The bathroom was large, with a sizable shower and a separate jacuzzi. Everything was very clean. The pool looked incredible, but it was quite cold while we were there, so even though there were lifeguards present, no one was swimming. People were taking advantage of the hot tub. The resort also offers a shuttle every half hour (not 24 hours but most of the day) that goes to The Mirage, at the north end of the *****. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

Room was outdated. Couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk, housekeeping, or the concierge after 7 PM in order to have clean towels brought up.

Our stay was good overall. Enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen had the bare minimum of cookware. There was coffee, but no tea available (had to purchase). Booked this in the winter for the heated pool and lazy river. Got an email a couple of weeks before our stay that the lazy river would be closed while we were there (my family was really sad about this). One pool was open, but it was roped off so that you could only use about 1/4 the area. Pool was warm enough to swim in, we just wish there had been more space to play and swim.
Wish there was an airport shuttle. The shuttle to the ***** worked well.
