Hotel Dreamland,Lataguri

Mr. Arjun, the hotel manager, truly went above and beyond with his hospitality during our stay. He was incredibly considerate and attentive, especially toward my physically challenged father. Mr. Arjun and his team took extra care to ensure that my father was comfortable and had everything he needed. Their kindness and support made a big difference in our experience, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. It's rare to find such thoughtful and personalized care, and i’m very grateful to mr. Arjun for his outstanding hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Room, location, cleanliness and overall staff behaviour and service was excellent at dreamland hotel at lataguri. Wonderful stay and experience.

My booking was confirmed but the resort denied about my booking. They told me due to sun-day their head office (kolkata) is closed they do not get any booking confirmation from kolkata. Online contact number is also inactive. Booking was very bad experience. Lastly they arranged a room for me.

Everything was really satisfactory except the hygiene in restaurant but the room service for food was very nice. Loved the trip.

Good stay. Nature view and family enviorment, staffs are good they gave good services. Foods are good, room also good.

Good hotel, with all amenities. Enjoy a lot with small time of stay with 4 family. Hotel staff are good and fast delivery. And taste is good

You had the worst experience here, there is no responsibility, everything has to be said many times. The biggest thing is that the experience here is very bad, i don't think i will come here next time.

All services and food was fantastic. Only swimming pool was not upto the mark.

Pathetic for families. The bed has bedbugs, pillows are dirty.
