Great hotel that is clean, friendly and centrally located. The hotel restaurant is well worth trying too.

Location is good, close to many restaurants and shops. They have plenty of free carpark space at the back of the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful and polite. Room is clean and comfortable.

Amazing experience at Mercure Launceston..

Very welcoming and helpful reception, smily and attentive, much appreciated. Our room was facing the street, which was quite noisy but for only one night, it was ok. Note that the car park is quickly full, and its access surprisingly steep !

The guest house enjoys a prime location, and the check - in process is a breeze. The rooms are not only spotlessly clean but also possess a unique charm. Should my friends plan a visit to Stanley, I will definitely recommend they stay here.

A good hotel and got it for a reasonable price for a family member to stay for 10 days while in Launceston.

Parking was up to hill, not recommended for old folks. No in-room slipper provided. Bathroom amenities all provided. Good for short stay. Check in was easy.

The hotel room is spacious and bed was comfortable. There’s ample parking for the guest which makes it very convenient for people who are driving.

The hotel was clean as expected and in a good location overseeing Launceston. Service staffs were nice and helpful and parking is easy at the location. Recommended.

酒店房乾淨，服務員有禮貌，洗手間比較細，但價錢便宜提，很滿意。另有免費停車場，已經抵番啦，下次再去也會入住
