我真的很想全給五分，因為環境地點房間真的都很棒。 離火車站幾步遠，五分鐘步行最多，下山或上少女峯的火車都在那裡。房間很大，配套很好，坐在陽台就可以看到瀑布和美麗的勞特布龍嫩小鎮。衞生間稍微有點瑕疵，洗澡水會溢出浴室一點，但因為離房間比較遠並不影響。 服務人員很熱情，態度友好。早餐很棒，選擇很多，餐廳的風景也是一流的。晚餐需要預訂，也很不錯，稍微偏鹹一點。 設施上為什麼少給一分？因為沒有熱水壺，而且餐廳也要不到。這在平時也沒什麼，主要是我兒子感冒了，喝涼水後咳得更厲害，晚上在半山真的也無處解決。在這個時候才能真正體會到熱水壺的重要性。不過在預訂界面就沒有顯示房間有熱水壺，我沒注意到，不能怪商家。衹是希望商家能增加或者備用給有需要的客人。

It was a good stay for 2 nights in a summer peak season. We arrived to Lauterbrunnen without booking a hotel. All fully booked. Tom from information center helped us to book this cozy hotel. The staff is nice. Breakfast was simple but fresh bread, eggs, butter, cheeses, hams and jams are all we needed. We had two dinners and it was chef’s food menu. Highly recommended
