傳統瑞士民居，很温馨。雖然距離火車站比較遠，但景色無敵，在陽台上就能看到少女峯和峽谷。服務也很專業和周到，不愧為百年老店。另：山上的建築材料都是直升機運上來的，可能因此才什麼都貴吧

Small hotel where you interact with staff a lot. The view of the mountains and valley is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is fantastic. The train station is close allowing you to do all kinds of activities and see various sites. Unfortunately, it was just so hot that we had to have the windows open at night, letting tons of bugs in. Was hard to find a balance, would have been nice to have a fan in the room or screens on the windows. Expect it to be hot during the day as the rooms are not well air conditioned and it can feel really stuffy with the doors closed. Staff members are very direct and do request reasons for needing accommodations (e.g., extra towels, toilet paper, etc). They however add to the experience and offer lots of extra services like rides to and from the station with luggage and complimentary juice.

This was our second stay and it was again, just lovely. Our room had a gorgeous view of Jungfrau, the beds were comfortable, shower water pressure was great, breakfast was yummy, Judith (the owner) was helpful and kind. Since our previous stay, the hotel added transport to the train station which we utilized. When we go back, we'll stay there again. Thank you, Judith and staff!

There is no TV, there is no microwave, there is no refrigerator, there is no AC, but you probably won't care, because the view looking over the valley is that amazing! We have stayed here twice now. Nice european breakfast. The restaurant for dinner is nice as well with a nice view. Wi-Fi is great, shower is great. It's a bit of a strolll back to Wengen, but it's a beautiful stroll. Not such a fan of assigned seating for breakfast, but that's how they do it. Wengen is such a nice quaint town right in the heart of everything you need to get to. We had a great stay ... again.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and beware given they seemed to have scrubbed old reviews, the hotel is old and must have many reviews. They have managed to start afresh somehow. We were woken at 5am to the sound of dripping water above our heads which meant it ruined our day of hiking. The dripping persisted for 2hrs. The worst part was they told you which table you had to sit at, at breakfast. They seemed to put people they may have considered less desirable away from the window at the back. the bathroom stinks of a cross between an old peoples home and a hospital, you get a tiny sachet of shampoo and body wash so bring your own. The front desk lady is rude and abrasive and the old man managing the breakfast shouted at people to not touch the food when the breakfast is a buffet. The bedroom smelt of sweat. The rooms were dingy and none of the lights work in the room or the bathroom. Awful place. Stay anywhere but here.

Stayed here for a night after a gap of 30 years - amazing views! Superb location with traditional rooms. Quiet and expect to escape from TV and your phone. Very helpful staff who really look after you. Breakfast was good and plenty of places in Wengen for dinner if you don’t do half board. Very minor feedback- kettles in room would be good for those of us who like coffee with our first dawn view of the Jungfrau

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly. Food was very nice. Top marks in all departments. A lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended. Wengen is such a beautiful place.
