Ulasan Hilton Montreal/Laval

Hotel yang sangat bagus, hanya kerana kakitangan tidak biasa dengannya, saya membayar banyak wang tanpa memberi sebarang penjelasan. Ia membuatkan saya menelefon beberapa kali untuk bertanya, dan saya tidak tahu apa yang berlaku, bila saya boleh mendapatkan semula wang saya?

Great service, easy check in, clean and proper what more can you ask for. Great room service. The restaurant was excellent. Definitely in the heart of laval and you're close to everything!!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Great service, clean room, nice amenities, snack room available any time and delicious breakfast.

酒店環境好，附近餐飲及購物比較方便，設施齊全，酒店服務好。朋友提前時落了物品，酒店很快幫忙找回來，下次還會入住

Check in et check rapides, personnel courtois. Chambre impeccable. Belle variété d’aliments et breuvages au salon corporatif. Nous y avons pris notre petit-déjeuner. Pour la différence de prix avec une chambre sans le salon, je recommande fortement avec des enfants car nous avons toujours accès à des collations, jus, yogourts et popcorn pour un petit film dans la chambre.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Was there for two nights with kids and grand-kids. Everybody enjoyed their stay.

Hand held shower head was way too high... Inaccessible. Hot water was a blue and cold was red(???) Why reversed from normal. Only 2 cups and 2 coffee for 3 people. Noisy kids running up and down. No receipt provided in paper or computer.

Old building and needed to go back down because room card was not working (with my baby and all the luggage)

Expect more newer facility from Hilton. This one is OLD and need a face lift. Front desk staffs are excellent.

Great hotel...close to airport and highway. Standard rooms. Nice pool. Very nice restaurant.

I had a really great time while I was in Quebec. I would definetly choose this hotel the next time I am out of province. Everyone was so kind, it was a great experience. The beds were wonderful, clean, and it was nice and quiet in the rooms. You wont be disappointed choosing this as your go to place to stay while in Laval!

Lost few items and the staff did not make any effort to help

I liked the location of the property; cleanness of the premises and friendly and helpful staffing. I did not like the priciness and the limited dining option. But overall, I have good experience
