Besides the fact that room service was pristine, TINA and ALLAN were amazing employees. Always made sure we got what was needed and treated us like we lived there. Every hotel needs an Allan and a Tina cause they were amazing. Please give them a raise cause your standards exceed beyond expectations.

Rooms are huge, place is very clean, would recommend and stay there again. Breakfast, slightly better than most hotels.

The room was dirty, my room was in the third floor with the elevaror out of service the day i left so i have to carry my suitcases down the stairs. They did not clean the room only every third day not even giving clean towels. It was really bad. I will never stay there again.

Very clean! Staff was very polite and accommodating. The only complaint is that the lights in bathroom are not conducive to putting on makeup! It was so dark Breakfast was great except the bacon wasn’t cooked

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The 24/09/2023 I checkout 7hours late at 7pm i was supposed to checkout before 12amso they told me to pay 200$ for that. After this i went to my room take off my suits put them in my car. I came back 30mins after to the reception. They took of my credit card 330$ i tried to have some information to know why the price is 130 then what we talked 30min before. They told me it is this price because the price of the room is 257$( i payed 205 for the night before not 257) and 330 is the price with the taxes. After what my manager called them to know why it is 330 they said because i was aggressive so its maybe penalities . But i have an audio of all the conversations with the reception and my manager checked it and Comfirmed that i never been agressif and that i told her sorry for the miss understanding of the late chekout 4 times and really calmly. I dont know why i had been victim of this racism or i dont know what is it but It's unacceptable. They didnt send me my deposit yet. I strongly advise against this hotel.

"The lobby was beautiful and cozy! They have a gym on the first floor with everything you need for a good workout in the morning or at nighttime. The room was well-designed; it was like an upscale one-bedroom apartment! Overall, this was a 12/10 experience. This will be our go-to hotel for the Montreal trip. The staff, especially Veronica, was incredibly kind and wonderful, making us feel welcome."

The hotel was quiet and neat. Nice appliances and accommodations.

Convenient- sort of - off of the many over-trafficked Montreal highways. Construction or heavy use closed every highway leading to, or leaving the area without exaggeration. I used city streets to get out of the area and ended up taking a ferry to resume my highway travel to Ontario which was fun. Parking was ample and free. Wi-Fi was free. Staff were effortlessly bilingual and helpful. I arrived late and tired. The room was clean but a/c broken. 31 degrees outside 27 inside. I told the front desk a/c broken - they said ‘again?’- So obviously this room had a problem. It was long after midnight and I just wanted to sleep so I didn’t change rooms. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows smelled of something unpleasant like body odour/oil. I informed front desk so hopefully the room will be cleaned and serviced, found some less smelly pillows and tried to sleep but couldn’t. I was very tired driving the next day, I should have changed rooms. I chose the hotel based upon reviews, and the Marriott name - consistently good hotels. This one seems just to be an administrative Marriott, a purchase, not delivery Marriott hotel. The bath products are not White Tea products - which I love - and are now on the wall pump generic products. My second favourite hotel chain is Radisson and only second because they have fewer hotels and no White Tea bath products - but they are consistently nice rooms with nice beds. I’ll be looking for them now.

Excellent stay in this hotel. Will definitely go back again in again in the future.

We stayed for a longer while at the Marriot in Laval because of training (sport) and for us it was just perfect.

it is a new hotel and the room was fantastic. However, in the morning breakfast was just a disaster. They did not have anything to eat. No bread, no cheese anything. It was weird actually.

They put us in a room that was extremely noisy, possibly from the AC, we requested to be moved. They moved us to the room across the hall which seemed quiet at first but we were up in the middle of the night woken by the same kind of noise. We asked to move and this time we were put into a different floor and the room was much quieter. The breakfast options are severely underwhelming. It’s a good hotel for families with kids as the rooms have a fridge, stove and microwave so that’s a plus. In addition it’s a 5minute drive to the mall and an 8 minute drive to the metro station I would consider staying here again if they fixed the noise issues in their rooms.

The hotel has been recently renovated, everything feels clean and new. The kitchen is great. The rooms (or at least ours) are not big, but are well distributed, so the space feel nice. It is right off the highway, which is convenient, if you have a car. There are shopping centers nearby, and a coffee place at a walking distance. The area is not walkable, especially at night. Overall we had a good stay.
