Great location, friendly staff and a Beefeater next door. Had dinner the first night and then breakfast the next morning. Got woke up at 04:30 am by guests running around upstairs, I mentioned this on check out and the staff were very apologetic and gave me the number for customer services for me to call them.

Had lunch in the beefeater. The lasagne came with salad and flatbread. The salad was not fresh, there was a mould growing on the cucumber, and the flatbread had a stale taste. I would not recommend, and will be cautious using premier inn again. Standards have slipped

Staff were helpful and friendly I'm disabled they helped me move stuff around to suit my needs and they put my bags in my room for me I was in accessible room 1 which meant every other guests had to pass my room which was fine the first night (Friday) but second night (Saturday) I had to go to the door a few times to get guests to move on and be quiet this went on till just after 3am Breakfast was great the unlimited deal.and was really great value but the evening meal was awful really it was made of mostly frozen food and for some reason the stuffing ball was deep friend which I've never had nor wish to again the frozen auntie Bessie's roast potatoes were not fully cooked the steaks looked good but wouldn't eat anything else of the day/evening menu Also they don't tell you when you buy the meal deal it doesn't cover all options on the menu so basically choice is very limited unless you wish to pay the top up so did not work out best value wise especially for quality of food (day/evening) but as I say breakfast was brilliant

Nice hotel compared to some of the others around, has a beefeater collaboration where the breakfast was nice and service was excellent in the morning. Good decor, comfy bed, little to complain about aside from no phone in the room, aircon loud

Really good stay. Room spotless. Bed excellent. Really good sleep in a quiet room. Stalff excellent and friendly and restaurant service couldnt be better. One drawback, the food. They,ve increased the meal deal price and the food here is adeqate only. Been using Premiere Inns for years and the food here is OK and that,s about it

Stayed here for a family gathering near by Found the hotel very clean tidy it was also in a very close location to all amenities around the area The staff was all very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me during my stay Will happy be booking here again for family gathering
