I was disappointed in this IBIS. Upon arrival, we were informed they wanted our credit card details for security but no money would be taken. They actually put 230 euros through the card but then tried to explain it wouldn't actually be charged and that it was because it was a foreign credit card and that all hotels did this. No so, their sister hotel Mercure. We didn't book breakfast and we're glad we didn't because when we saw it covered in flies the next morning, it was a big no no. I wanted a cup of tea, you know, the ordinary breakfast type tea that one gets around the world and even in France you get a Yellow Liptons bag but there was not one in the whole hotel apparently. We had to ask for a 'tea tray' for our room!!! and there was Mint or Camamile, urgghhhh. I settled for coffee because I didn't know how to use the funny new fangled thing on the tray. I had to go for milk and walked down the road for a bottle of water. For dinner, we went up into the town centre, easy to reach from the hotel and if you like burgers, then that's wonderful. No more to be said. The room we were given was tiny, and for my disabled husband was very difficult. There was not even BBC World news on the TV which was hanging off the wall. Just disappointed more than anything. Hey ho.

The hotel is functional and an ideal stopover point for travelling in France. The room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were good. The beds were quite hard and the sofa bed used by our children was very squeaky!! Breakfast is very good with local and organic produce.

Posizione eccellente, in centro a Le Mans a 6 km dal circuito Ottima organizzazione per late arrivals viene fornito un nr di cellulare da chiamare che fornisce un codice per entrare e le chiavi sono in una busta posizionata dentro una cassaforte di cui viene dato il codice. camera spaziosa e pulita , letto comodo lo raccomando, tornerò sicuramente

This hotel is very easy to access as on a main road with plenty of parking available. The rooms were very clean and modern with a good size bathroom. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Bar area like the rest of the hotel was very clean and comfortable to relax in with a drink. We had dinner here which was very nice and no complaints from any of us. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection to choose from. Very fairly priced with good facilities.

Literally a few steps from the inner city train, this was the perfect place to crash after a long day of traveling. Warmly greeted at reception, our room was spacious, clean and someone had thoughtful turned the a/c on to greet us on a hot day. Shower hot, great pressure. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfy bed. Kettle and coffee/tea supplies in the room as well as a small fridge. Windows open. Wonderful buffet breakfast the next day, at your cost. Eggs, fruit, yoghurt, jams, croissants, breads, etc. Two thumbs up!

Très belle hôtel spacieux pour un première classe , nois avons été ravie de l'espace dans la chambre . Par contre bémol sur les machines de café qui ne sont pas rempli poir les chocolats . Et la femme de ménage qui ouvre notre porte de chambre à 9h alors qu'on était en train de dormir ça c'est clairement inadmissible ! Quand on ne redonne pas la carte c'est qu'on est encore là !

Hôtel bien situé, personnel agréable et attentionné, accueil parfait. Antoine et ses collègues vont vous soigner. Chambre très bien, WC séparé et salle de bain spacieuse. Literie OK. We stayed here, my husband , daughter and I on our way down to south-west France. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the small restaurant and there was plenty of choice - the trays and breads were refreshed regularly. We did have an issue with our card key but it was resolved quickly - the cleaning staff tried to help us initially and were quick to escalate when they couldn’t get into the room. The hotel isn’t far from the old town where there are restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again!
