Ulasan Pranaya Boutique Hotel

The hotel situated at the south of jakarta 30mins from the suharto airport. The location of the hotel is good if you stayed and go on that area lile Aeon mall etc. However if going to Jakarta central it will be an hour or more due to traffic condition. Opposite of hotel their is mall with supermarket and few restaurants. The hotel is good with reasonable. I recommend this place if you are staying within this area.

nice environment and location good. adequate food for breakfast. easy access to meeting and conference sites. very pleasant staff and crew.

Adequate, need improvement in cleanliness

The hotel located next to Teraskota Mall. You can just walk there. It is also nit very far from ICE and AEON BSD. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable too. However, the toilet doesn’t have bidet but it is fine with me. One more thing I like about this hotel is, you don’t need universal adapter plug as their plug can suit Malaysian plug. Surely will stay here again if I come to BSD city next time.

The unfortunate thing, when you first entered the room smelled of cigarette smoke. But after being informed to reception the perfume was sprayed so the smell was a bit lost. Even though in the note I requested a non-smoking room. Some staff wear masks and some don't, either forget it or there is no soup.

This is a lovely hotel with adequate amenities comparing to other big chain hotels. Room was clean. Location next to mall, make it easier to find food. Staff were nice and polite. Parking space limited, perhaps can ask attendance to find spot.
