Reservé 2 habitaciones para una noche en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno con mi familia. Está situado a unos 500 metros a pie de la fortaleza templaria de Ponferrada y cerca hay un parking público en el que dejar el coche (toda la zona de aparcamiento es zona azul). Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, el gran ventanal de una de las habitaciones con vistas a la ciudad, la comodidad de las camas y almohadas y el desayuno tipo buffet: con cafés e infusiones, zumo de naranja natural, cereales, bollería, tostadas, frutas, embutidos.... El minibar estaba completamente vacío, aunque te dejan 2 botellas de agua de cortesía y en mi habitación el vidé y el retrete están al lado de la bañera, que tiene una mampara para entrar...lo que complica la cosa al estar las 3 piezas tan pegadas.

LocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines. Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

We’ve been staying here every 5 years or so for over 25-30 years to visit family of my wife and it’s as if time has stood still. There do now have WiFi which is good enough, but apart from that, the A/C is still substandard and as the hotel is an AC it’s quite funny. Then there is only one plug on one side of a double bed. No USB plugs and no real place to open an oyster type suitcase. It’s amazing that a Marriott group hotel can be so lost in the past. The personnel are all very friendly.

Sebuah hotel dengan daya tarikan Templar, dihias indah dan dipelihara dengan baik. Bilik-bilik yang luas dilengkapi dengan perabot antik. Rehat di atas 10 tilam. Ia berdekatan dengan pusat dan kawasan restoran. Tempat letak kereta awam di sekelilingnya sangat selesa. Bufet sarapan pagi cukup enak. Dan ia penting! ! ! Mereka sangat mengenali Covid dan sentiasa mengikut nasihat untuk memastikan semua orang selamat.

Está bien ubicado , en la A6. Es como un todo en uno, tiene parking gratuito, tienda, cafetería, gasolinera y todo 24h Para entrar al hotel tienes que pasar por la sala de cafetería dónde está la gente sentada. Me pareció un poco brusco o de poca intimidad el tener que pasar con las maletas sorteando las mesas. teníamos una habitación triple en la cual solamente había dos toallas de mano, dos de lavabo y amenities para dos. La habitación olía un poco en cuanto al baño se refiere, como a tubería, pero algo soportable. La ducha si es un poco caos, está el plato y después otra superficie de azulejo que resbala muchísimo. Los azulejos del baño en la parte de la ducha, hacía tiempo que no se limpiaban, había como esa especie de pasta anaranjada que se forma entre las juntas de la humedad y del agua

Very nice hotel compared with by default I have just left . The Temple. Very well spoken staff. Quite unusual as I’ve never experienced a hotel without a bar ,although they had a Cafe/bar which was pleasing and simple and a buffet restaurant. Plus underground parking. Rooms very clean very bright. And….. a big and! Everything in the room worked instant hot water. Which I haven’t been used too in another hotel across the road. Food delicious well done for making me feel welcome in an adverse situation. At short notice too,having been stranded in Ponferrada for over a week trying unsuccessfully to repair my motorcycle. Just a point which came to my attention. Corridors very noisy at night. The floors are tiled and sound echoes, Perhaps if the hotel reads this , a one metre wide carpet straight down the middle. Would make a massive difference.
