Todo genial , el hotel en un sitio perfecto con autobús al centro

Era nuestro primer viaje juntos y nos ha parecido una experiencia genial gracias al hotel. Además de las instalaciones, el personal era muy amable.

Estuvimos súper bien, además las personas que nos atendieron muy amables y correctas! El buffet de desayuno es muy correcto y completo y eso también gusta cuando (como yo) el desayuno es una de las comidas fuertes del día. La habitación súper limpia! El aparcamiento muy bien, pues hay párking de pago al lado o zona de aparcamiento en la calle, para las dos opciones. Así que, aunque no es muy céntrico, calidad precio un 10!

Staff offered a very friendly service. However, there was some parts of the room with excessive quantity of dust, made me sneeze from the moment if arrival. The hotel was fully booked and there was noise from other guests when I went to sleep making it harder to achieve, even past midnight. Another thing I did not like was that breakfast wasn't included in the fee, neither ******* nor the hotel notified me on the issue.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are big and well designed for adults and invalids. Great beds and fantastically clean. However, if you ride a motorcycle you either have to pay €9 or park at the hospital.

2009 hotel, big room and bathroom, clean & quiet. Free parking outside difficult to find. Located at out the city next to an hospital.

Dont understand whyexpedia suggested it. Very out of the way from Leon, right next to big hospital. Seemed like we were in a hospital facility for family. Air conditioner did not work. Staff was helpful.

Arrival: hotel not signposted (I had to call reception to know the hospital parking was the entrance to the hotel too), lift from underground parking doesn't work without roomkey (which one does not have before checkin). I have mobility problem so had to call Reception again and a lady came down. Restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, which was not mentioned when we booked; the hotel is on the outskirts of Leon so there is no alternative nearby and we had ALL meals except Friday evening (staying there Fri to Su) in the hospital cafetería across the road (which is good, by the way!). Although a large group of tourists had exclusive use of the restaurant on Saturday. Not even a coffee machine for the 'normal' guests. I directed an elderly couple who at 9pm were asking at Reception for a coffee, to the hospital, advising them that the hospital cafetaria closes at 10pm. Second day, while I was out, my roommate could not get back into our room because her roomkey did not work. After trying 4x she called Reception and staff came up and reset her roomkey. When I came back from the shops, AGAIN my roomkey did not work (presumably because of the reset) to operate the lift of the parking and I had to walk up around the hotel to get in, when my card had to be reset too. Rooms are ok and clean. This is a 4* hotel, supposedly, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed. At checkout, no printed invoice was available when I asked. Parking is expensive at €9 per day
