Layout: From the main road a small road slopes steeply downhill to a selection of about half a dozen blocks. Reception is the first one you come to. The swimming pool and saunas are in the block behind the reception block. Our block had its own ski-room, and I assume all the accomodation blocks did. Car parking is at the top before you reach the reception block. Location: Slightly out of the village centre, but once you've found your way around, it only takes about 10-15 mins to walk to the centre, and there's a free lift that runs into the evenings to take you up and down the hill. There are 2 or 3 restaurants very close and plenty in the village centre. There is a Sherpa supermarket about 5 mins walk away, and a Carrifour nearer (by the petrol station on the main road). The ski-bus stop is just at the main road, so extremely convenient, and the Bettex piste goes just past one of the accomodation blocks. It is a very short walk across the carpark and a climb up a very short slope to get onto the Bettex run, which although blue rather than green is very easy skiing and a delight to start each day on (at least it was with the snow conditions we had!). Those in the accomodation blocks further down can also take the road under the piste and follow a little path the other side onto it, to join a few metres further down and save a bit of uphill climbing. There is a ski-hire shop literally next door to Reception, and a couple of others very close. Reception: Open from ( I think) 8:30am to 11am and 4:30pm until sometime in the evening. Had a selection of comfy sofas and some childrens toys. There is a key-box for anybody departing outside of those hours. Wifi is available free in Reception. I believe there is also the option to hire an in-room wifi. Swimming pool / sauna: At check-in you are given wristbands to show that you have access to these facilities. There is a quite large swimming pool, with some sunbeds around it, and dry saunas and steam saunas. There is one large area of lockers (not seperated into male/female) which take a 1 Euro coin (and return it when you put the key back in). The only downside is there are only 3 changing areas (each of which can hold 2-3 people) and one of them doesn't have a door, so at busy times there can be a queue for those. It helped to go across with swim-things under your clothes so you don't need one at the start, but you still really had to wait for one to get dressed in afterwards. Note that outdoor footwear needs to be taken off once you are in the pool reception area, before going downstairs to the pool & saunas. Shoes can either be left up at reception or carried down and put in your locker. Makes sense, as you don't want to be walking barefoot where people have traipsed in muddy shoes. Room: Although only two adults, we decided to pay the extra and go for one with a separate bedroom rather than just the sofa-bed, and for us that was the right decision as we

Regular user. Airelles need a makeover with a few improvements such as pool lighting, kirchen supplies and comprehensive wi fi to make it up to date. Some are easy wins such as towels and dish cloths, working lights and repaired fittings. Others such as wi fi need a serious improvement. Why not open a decent lounge and cafe area?

Pluspunten · De prijs is merkelijk lager dan andere accomodaties in de buurt: dat heeft voor ons de doorslag gegeven om hier te boeken. De accomodatie was boven onze verwachting: we hadden een iets meer afgeleefd en kleiner appartement verwacht. Links en rechts hangt wel een plintje los, het vriesvak in de koelkast sluit niet meer af enzo, maar niets dat echt hinderlijk was. Alles wat nodig is, is aanwezig. De bedden waren heel goed! Ook de douche was prima, nadat we het afvoerputje zelf hadden leeggemaakt. Gratis parkeerplaats is er voldoende in de buurt. Je kan ook voor een overdekte parkeerplaats betalen. Minpunten · in de gemeenschappelijke (geklede) sauna leek het alsof er bankjes waren weggenomen. Ook vallen er te pas en te onpas mensen binnen om te zien of er plaats is, zodat de sauna niet echt opgewarmd geraakt. Misschien een idee om tijdssloten aan te bieden voor het welness complex voor bijvoorbeeld maximum 20 personen per 90 minuten? De vermelde ski-in ski-out is toch 150m stappen. Op zich niet veel, maar we hadden verwacht te kunnen skiën vanaf de locker. De locker zelf is een afsluitbaar hok per appartement, zonder schoenwarmers. We hadden dit op voorhand gelezen ergens in de comments, dus we hadden onze eigen schoenwarmers mee voor op het appartement. Als je via booking boekt, zijn handdoeken NIET inbegrepen. Beddengoed wel. Ook dit hadden we ergens in de comments gelezen en dus hadden we eigen handdoeken bij. Weinig kastruimte in de slaapkamers.

Déception, pour avoir essayer plusieurs logements sur les menuires. C'est malheureusement pas le meilleur. Le logement n'avait pas été rénové depuis plusieurs années, que ça soit au niveau des communs comme de l'appartement. Murs et sols sales , piscine froide, ski room qui se limite a une porte, pas de support ou de tablette. C'est moins cher que les autres logements mais on compris vite pourquoi.

Très bon séjour avec l appart pratique et fonctionnel. Idéalement placé. Le ànape lit est très confortable et la terrasse très bien exposée Nous avons également très bien profité de la vue. Je recommande. Petit bémol pour la partie piscine pas assez chauffee.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cette résidence et cette fois-ci ça a été la déception... Points positifs: * A proximité d'une piste (on la voit depuis les balcons de la résidence) * Local à ski * SPA avec piscine/2 saunas/2 hammams (face à la montagne au top): bien entretenus et très propres * Equipe très sympathique Points négatifs: Le logement non adapté à une famille de 4 personnes (nous étions 2 adultes / 2 enfants): 2 chaises (on nous a dit que les 2 autres avaient du être déplacées par les locataires précédents dans un autre logement mais pour moi les logements devraient être vérifiés avant les locataires suivants), pas d'aspirateur et impossible de s'en faire prêter un (difficile quand on doit faire le ménage de fin de séjour), pas de prêt d'appareil type fondue/raclette si on ne prend pas la nourriture avec le partenaire de la résidence, oreiller sale, taie d'oreille non adaptée l'oreiller, vaisselle manquante: pas de bol (on m'a dit de faire manger à mes enfants leurs céréales dans des mugs...), seulement 2 grandes cuillères / 4 petites, pas de verre "normaux" uniquement des verres à pied, une seule poêle... difficile à gérer pour une famille de 4!!! Ascenseur non fonctionnels 2 jours durant notre séjour, des draps laissés dans les espaces communs plusieurs jours... Dommage...

Cuisine pratique avec 4 taques de chauffe - Micro-onde - LV Canapé lit spacieux et confort Local à ski très pratique Le club se situe à 10M de la fin de la piste de ski - Toujours pratique La piscine est sympa avec vue sur la montagne - L'eau est un brin fraîche ;) Accueil très sympa N'hésitez pas à demander les numéro de tel pour la livraison du PDJ
