Saya mempunyai kesan keseluruhan yang baik dari rangkaian hotel Mercure. Berhampiran lapangan terbang Paris, terdapat beberapa hotel di Little Paris, tetapi yang satu ini terasa begitu, biliknya kecil, kemudahannya tidak mengejutkan, dan cukup memuaskan. Kebetulan ia adalah dua hari terpanas di Paris. Saya tidak dapat tinggal di rumah, dan akan menjadi terlalu panas tanpa penyaman udara dan kipas elektrik. Saya hanya mahu pergi ke hotel untuk mengelakkannya selama dua hari. Saya rasa saya tertipu dengan gambar itu. Oleh kerana saya tidak memikirkan untuk mengambil gambar pada masa itu, gambar-gambar itu diambil oleh saya di Peta Google untuk menangkap gambar sebenar dan penampilan hotel. Walaupun hotel ini terletak di arrondissement ke-17 di Little Paris, antara arrondissement ke-16 dan daerah perniagaan La Defance, lalu lintas benar-benar menyusahkan. Dengan menaiki kereta, jika dalam masa sepuluh minit, saya perlu menempuh perjalanan sekitar empat puluh hingga lima puluh minit dengan kereta. Hotel ini adalah bangunan kediaman kuno di kawasan perumahan. Adalah sukar untuk mencari tempat letak kenderaan jika anda memandu. Bas dan kereta bawah tanah berada di rangkaian Little Paris yang mudah. Sekiranya anda menyeret beg besar dan beg pakaian kecil, anda semestinya bersabar. Sangat sesuai untuk teksi menaiki teksi untuk pergi, hanya untuk orang yang mempunyai tempat tidur. Sebagai perjalanan, ada lebih banyak kelebihan daripada ini. Selepas itu, saya menaiki kereta bawah tanah untuk melihat Mercure ke arah lain dari rumah saya. Kereta bawah tanah, pasar raya, pengangkutan dan sekitarnya lebih selesa.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and it was an okay experience, adequate! I had been gifted a Virgin Experience City Break voucher which I chose to use at Hôtel Espace Champerret. We researched the hotel online and felt that it looked very good from the website information and it seemed ideal for our purposes. The hotel has a great location, it’s a few metres away from Louise Michel Metro Station with shops and restaurants nearby. First off, I must commend all the staff for their hospitality. They were wonderful, all very friendly and helpful, truly most welcoming. All staff spoke English to some degree, some fluently although we did attempt some basic French out of respect and good manners for our hosts. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and there’s no tea/coffee service in the rooms which was a shame. Our room (a ground floor room with a terrace) was tidy enough on arrival although it was a tad dusty, there wasn’t a mini bar in the room as expected however we discovered that this was kept in the reception area but it didn’t have much to offer. Also, the room door to the terrace was locked so although we could see the terrace, we couldn’t access it. We had a window that we could open but we noticed a large rat trap directly beside the window so we chose to leave that locked! Breakfast choices are quite extensive for a buffet style breakfast. Lots of fresh bread, croissants, sweet cake on offer as well as three types of cereal, an array of yogurt, preserves and a large selection of cheese/cold meats. As well as a hot drinks machine for coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, hot water for teas etc. There was also a large selection of fresh juice, iced water and teas from Earl Grey to French Breakfast Teas. The breakfast room is small but nicely decorated. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am and the breakfast staff on hand were welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in, (Room1) was a small standard, it was dark and in need of some love and attention regarding decorating. We had two side lamps and one slightly larger which needed to be on during the day when we were in the room for brightness. The pillows were very firm and pretty low quality in-fact, I woke both mornings with an uncomfortable headache. As mentioned before, the room did not come with any sort of tea or coffee services, just 2 glasses on the desk, sitting on a paper napkin! It was just all a little basic! Furthermore, they have this unusually strange policy where you need to leave your key at reception when you leave the hotel, I don’t think that this is so cleaners can access it as the reception staff all had copies of the room keys…it felt very odd! We did have our room cleaned while we were out and it was fine, they did a decent job even addressing the dust that had been missed previously. The en-suite was again small and basic, the shower head didn’t stay in it’s holder and tended to slip down the pole so you had to hold it to shower also the hose itself was in need of replacement as it

Pros: Clean and tidy big room. Friendly staffs. Very Near Clichy Levallois train station ( L and A train). About 15 mins walk to M train station. Microwave and utensils provided inside the room Cons: No telephone inside the room and have to go down to the reception. Clean up the room once a week (extra fees applied if you need room cleaning service within 7days)

Personal muy agradable y servicial, habitación pequeña pero limpia, hacen la habitación a diario con toallas limpias. El hotel es viejo y tiene algunos desperfectos pero para pasar la noche y ver Paris es genial, a 5 minutos a pie de 2 paradas de metro. Desayuno esencial desde las 6.30 de la mañana.

Le prix étant très attractif et l'hôtel très bien situé, nous avons décidé de louer une chambre pour un week-end. Nous en avons eu pour notre argent. Les communs paraissent en travaux, les chambres sont poussiéreuses avec du mobilier de récupération. En effet, les lattes du sommier de notre chambre étaient cassées, la tuyauterie de la salle de bain apparente, et les câbles électriques accessibles. Les draps étaient tachés, et les couvertures aussi. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, et seulement un échantillon de gel douche/ shampoing. Il a fallu aller demander les serviettes de toilette à la réception. La nuit a été très longue, l'inexistante isolation phonique nous permettant d'écouter les conversations (et autres) dans les autres chambres d'hôtel. Le ruissellement dans les tuyauteries étaient également très bruyants. Le chauffage pour la nuit était trop bas, les rideaux peu occultants et la lumière du palier traversait l'encadrement de la porte de chambre. Cependant, cet hôtel est très bien situé, dans un quartier secure. Le prix de la nuit permet de se loger dans un beau quartier pour très peu cher. De plus, la gérante est très sympathique. La prestation est cohérente avec le prix demandé.

Der Checkin war sehr zeitaufwendig und kompliziert, da niemand wirklich gut englisch spricht. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Tasse Kaffee und 1 Croissant und nicht aus einem kontinentalen Frühstück, wie es in Buchungsportalen beschrieben wird. Frühstück gibt's jeden Tag von 6 - 10 Uhr, außer Samstags. Da öffnet das Restaurant erst um 9.30. Diese Info wurde uns vorenthalten, wir standen um halb 9 vor verschlossener Tür. Das Hotel besitzt keinen Aufzug! Wer schwere Koffer hat und in den 3 Stock muss, (es geht sogar noch höher), könnte theoretisch auch einen Berg besteigen. Das Zimmer war augenscheinlich gereinigt. Ich hatte mich geschnitten und Blutflecke am Handtuch. Dieses hatte ich auf den Fußboden gelegt zum wechseln. Es wurde gefaltet und wieder in die Ablage gelegt. Sowas geht gar nicht. Beim duschen habe ich mich ständig entweder verbrüht oder das Wasser war kalt. Es gab nicht mal einen Haken an der Dusche um das Handtuch aufzuhängen. Am Fenster gibt's nur einen Verdunklungsvorhang. Entweder man zieht ihn zu und macht Licht, oder man lässt ihn auf und der Nachbar freut sich. Mit ein paar Gardinen hätte es sicher etwas gemütlicher gewirkt. Einen Föhn bekommt man wohl auf Anfrage, allerdings bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob mich der Herr hinter der Theke verstanden hätte. Er hat ständig französisch gesprochen, obwohl ich ihm deutlich machte das ich ihn nicht verstehe. Alles in allem war es chaotisch und sehr unorganisiert. Ich bin wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll, aber dieses Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Lage. 1 Minute zum Bahnhof, mit der Bahn nach Paris. Metrostation in der Nähe gibt's keine. Man könnte auf einige schlechte Rezensionen verzichten, wenn man schon in der Beschreibung vom Hotel auf einige Dinge aufmerksam macht. Vielleicht gibt's ja Menschen denen es nichts ausmacht, täglich eine Burg zu besteigen oder morgens nur eine Tasse Kaffee zu sich zu nehmen. Ich gehöre nicht dazu, deshalb werde ich in dieses Hotel nicht mehr kommen.

Hôtel basique. Le personnel est agréable. Une station de métro a quelques pas. Voici les points positifs. Pour le reste, c'est moyen. Vous ne pouvez pas mettre la climatisation dans la chambre tant elle est bruyante.nous avons du acheter des boules quies pour finir notre séjour. La literie n'est pas de la nouvelle génération que l'on trouve dans les autres campaniles. La douche est toute petite. Mais pour 3 nuits ça passe.

Stopped here while in Paris for 3 nights to watch the TDF. The hotel is situated in the Levallois Perret area, and all attractions are assessable by tube,bus, or foot. This a nice area and not full of tourists even though I'm one. The hotel I found to be clean, air -con which, worked really well,the rooms aren't massive,other than a safe all requirements were met. I stopped in room 204, facing the street, which I found to be quiet. The staff are really friendly & helpful and spoke English fir me. Would definitely use this hotel again.
