The hotel is great, close to transit and walkable to the city wall. If you like to walk, there are many alleys with street food vendors. There are also lots of restaurants around the hotel. The staff don’t speak English (make sure you have your translation app) but they are friendly. The hotel offers free self serve laundry (washer & dryer) including laundry detergent and bottled water. Highly recommend.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

This hotel enjoys a very convenient location, situated right between the Bell Tower, the Drum Tower, and the famous Muslim Quarter. All of these attractions are within easy walking distance, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The hotel staff are exceptionally attentive and courteous, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room itself was also better than I had expected. The quality of the facilities and furnishings was quite good, and the overall comfort level was impressive. I also appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail. For example, they provide both high and low pillows in the room, allowing guests to choose according to their personal sleeping preferences. The only downside I would mention is the design of the main entrance. There are two steps leading up to the door, and the entrance door itself needs to be pushed open manually. This can be quite inconvenient for guests arriving with large or heavy luggage. 這間酒店的地理位置非常方便，正好位於鐘樓、鼓樓以及回民街之間，步行即可到達這些著名景點，對於想在附近遊覽和品嚐美食的旅客來說非常理想。 酒店員工的服務態度非常殷勤有禮，讓整個住宿體驗更加愉快。房間的質素亦比我原先預期的更好，設備和用品的品質都相當不錯，整體感覺舒適。 另外，酒店在細節方面也相當貼心，例如房間內同時提供高枕頭與低枕頭，讓客人可以按自己的睡眠習慣選擇，更加舒適。 唯一比較需要投訴的是酒店大門入口的設計。入口處需要上兩級樓梯，而大門亦需要人手推開。對於攜帶大型行李的旅客來說，出入時會比較不方便。

We had a great time in the Novohotel, i haven't slept like a baby in a long time. Besides that, teh location was great, we didnt really have any complaints, it would be amazing if they had an indoor pool or something like that. I will definitely come here again if i visit Xi'an another time!

I am shocked this hotel is not busier. The hosts are extremely accomodating and welcomed me with open arms even though I showed up at one in the morning! Also, the mother of the host cooked dinner and lunch for me at a price cheaper than any restaurant, and the quality of the food surpassed anything else in the area as well. The view was absolutely unbelievable and the host once again provided expert advice and was beyond accomodating. If you plan to hike Huashan stay here the night before and the night after, I promise you will not regret it! The host also provided transportation to/from the mountain and train station. Legitimately it does not get any better than here.

雖然我給了好評，但是真的不是因為我對酒店有多滿意，所以，必須要來説一下我的感受，酒店環境很好，出去就是濕地公園，風景很美，內部配的有游泳池健身房，還有小孩玩的遊樂中心，可以説硬件設施還是不錯的，可是讓人無語的是，節假日期間一個服務崗位居然衹安排一個工作人員？？導致的結果就是，我們辦入住和退房的時候，裏三層外三層的人，雖然當時的前台小哥哥已經非常麻利的在辦理了，奈何客人太多，一個一個的辦，也等了挺長時間才輪到我們，不過有一説一，這個工服上帶鑰匙徽章的前台小哥，非常有禮貌，看的出來，業務能力也很強，知道我們等的久，會主動致歉，並給我們升級了帶露台的房間，送了水果，看到我們帶小朋友，還主動讓客房給我們送了小朋友的牙刷，然後就是另一個很高的服務員小哥哥幫我們把行李送回房間，然後這個服務員也衹有一個人！明顯感覺忙不過來，送完行李都是小跑着離開的，我當時還跟他吐槽，大過節的你們怎麼上班的人這麼少，入住以後打電話讓送個東西什麼的也是很慢，讓人體驗感大打折扣，對了，還有早餐，除了那個熱米皮還不錯外，其他的中規中矩，説是價值一百多，個人覺得不值，房間帶免費早餐可以去吃，要是另外花錢去吃那就沒必要了，總之就是給好評完全是覺得當時上班的工作人員不容易，服務行業節假日就不能多安排點上班的人嗎？這個價格對應如此的人員配置服務實在不值，希望酒店能有所改進吧！

Choosing the hotel in Xi’an was the right decision. The location of Yazi Hotel is simply amazing. The terrace restaurant on the 5th floor offers direct views of the city wall’s nighttime scenery. The lights at night are incredibly beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and you can even experience traditional cultural preservation projects like paper cutting. It’s conveniently located near the Bell Tower and Yongning Gate. The essence of the ancient city is beautifully integrated into the details. It’s truly unforgettable! Highly recommended. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Yongning Gate subway station. It’s convenient to visit the Bell Tower and Huimin Street. The bedding in the rooms is comfortable, and the facilities are well-equipped, with attentive service. Whether you leave in the morning to explore attractions or return in the evening to enjoy the breeze on the terrace, the comfort of your stay in Xi’an largely depends on this hotel.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their warm smiles and professionalism made my stay truly pleasant and comfortable. I was impressed by the clean and spacious room, the comfortable bed, and the hotel’s attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and guest comfort. The free laundry service and unlimited mineral water, tea, and coffee were thoughtful touches that added great value to the stay. Overall, a great experience with excellent facilities and service. I would definitely choose Yongchang International Hotel again on my next visit to Yulin!

We arrived at T5 Xi'an airport past midnight and by the time we cleared immigration and customs, it was already 1.30am. After we message them, Moon Hotel sent a mini-bus to pick us up. Moon Hotel is short distance from hotel but the bus needed to pick others from other terminals. By the time we reached hotel, it was 2.30am Check-in was smooth and our twin bedroom was very spacious. Room was very clean with modern furnishings. Bathroom was large. The most amazing experience was the bed mattress. It was very comfortable amd bed has 2 soft toys. We sleep very well for 5 hours but we had to checked out for our next destination. Moon Hotel is next to the police station, another local hotel and eateries. Our hotel breakfast was chinese buffet style but no coffee. Breakfast is from 6.45-9.30 am. Hotel provided us bus transfer to airport. We recommend Moon Hotel as layover airport hotel and for very comfortable beds.

Great Hotel in a great location right next to a metro station. The room service was amazing. Free water is such a cheap and easy thing for a hotel but only few hotels in Europe are providing that, so I highly appreciated this service. The room was spacious and modern with USB C ports even. The only downside was that the A/C didn't work properly. When I tried to set the temperature to the lowest possible setting, the fan would just stop instead of cooling the room. The breakfast was amazing and the buffet was still fully available even when joining late. The vast variety of Western and Chinese food was astounding. The price per night is very affordable. Would recommend.
