Hotel Dengan parking di Shaanxi, China

Hotel had an absolutely amazing view of the bell tower from our room. The twin room had the best view so we opted for that instead of our usual Kingbed. We were celebrating wife's birthday so staff had kindly put baloons and petals on the bed. Laundry area is available for self service. Complimentary cold water bottles available in reception as soon as you walk in which is great during the summer heatwave. We are muslim so had a small selection of food options for breakfast but was enough to start our day. The only let down was that our bedsheets were not changed during our 3 night stay. Housekeeping tidied up and emptied the bins, replaced towels etc but would have been great if the sheets were also changed out (nights can get hot in China fresh bedsheets are always appreciated!)

Saya benar-benar terkejut Apabila saya memasuki lobi, saya melihat bahawa ia adalah hotel yang sangat mewah, sangat baru, dengan ***a yang unik dan unik kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat standard, terutamanya Liu Xiaohu, kerani meja depan, sangat mesra dan sopan dan memberi saya cenderahati selepas saya meninggalkan hotel akan memilihnya lagi lain kali.

Two minutes from Mount Hua (Huashan) tourist center. We booked two mountain view rooms, the rooms are nice and clean. The owner will give you free gloves and drive you to the tourist center. When we finish our hiking trip on Huashan, we sent a message to the owner and she picked us up and bring us back to the hotel. There is a small restaurant at the back of the hotel over looking Huashan. We ordered few local traditional dishes for dinner, it was delicious! There were a few little issues from room 301, like a small water leak from bathroom's sink and the deadbolt lock is broken. We complaint to the staff about it that night and he told us all hotels in Huashan the deadbolt locks are like that??? But at my room # 303 the deadbolt lock is working perfectly fine. Hope those little things will be taking care of soon. They even offered to drop us off at the train station when we check out. Nice little family run hotel!

Oh wow! One of the best hotels I have stayed in with so many travels and more so on this particular China trip! Convenient location and a perk is they have a local tour consultant on site if you would like to visit what Xi’an has to offer! Amazing breakfast buffet choices too! I will definitely recommend Novotel Bell tower to anyone who wants to visit Xi’an. A special mention to Mia who helped me with the check out and helped me with some directions to get to the train station! I will be back! Thank you Novotel for the lovely experience and memory!

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Baoji. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the city and the river . The hotel's location is excellent for both sightseeing and business . A special thank you to Jessica, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. In fact, all the staff were remarkably attentive and professional throughout our stay . The facilities, including the indoor pool and the sky bar on the 40th floor, were top-notch . A truly wonderful experience and probably the best hotel in the city!

Love the hotel interior decoration and the amenities provided. We booked the suite room and was blown away by the size and room layout. The interior fixtures are also very nice. Very thoughtful hotel - they even provide a disposable bathtub cover for use. Good location, it is near a metro station and guests can use the laundry room for free (with detergent provided).

We had a great stay in family room with one room for parents and two bed in second room for our daughters. Hotel room was very clean with 2 separate toilets and a super nice shower. staff are friendly but they speak very little English.Location is brilliant as so close to the Zhonglou station on metro and super close to bell and drum tower and Muslim quarter. Only few negative; Entrance smells of smoke and the entrance has steps that are not super convenient with luggage. Overall highly recommended hotel

這次在西安咸陽機場轉機過夜，選這家酒店真的選對了，強烈推薦給所有趕早班機、坐紅眼航班的朋友！最打動我的就是他家24小時免費接送機服務，完全解決了深夜落地、凌晨趕飛機的出行難題，全程沒有任何額外收費，特別省心。 我是凌晨一點多才落地咸陽機場，下飛機直接聯繫酒店前台，客服響應速度特別快，清晰告知等候點位，沒過多久專車就到了。司機師傅特別熱心，主動上前幫忙拎大件行李箱，一路平穩送到酒店，深夜坐車安全感拉滿。第二天一早六點的航班，提前預約好送機，前台還貼心打電話到房間提醒，車輛準時等候，幾分鐘就直達客運大樓出發口，不用自己拖着行李長途步行，省去超多麻煩。 酒店距離機場車程很短，來回接送都很快，不用長時間等待。辦理入住手續效率很高，前台工作人員態度温和有禮貌，有任何問題諮詢都耐心解答。房間衞生做得很到位，地面、床品、衞生間都乾淨無異味，衞浴乾濕分離，熱水出水穩定，床墊柔軟舒服，隔音效果也不錯，哪怕臨近機場，關上門也聽不到嘈雜噪音，奔波一天能踏踏實實睡個好覺。房間基礎設施齊全，充電插座充足，洗漱用品配備完整，簡單休整完全夠用。 整體性價比很高，光是全天候免費接送機這一項就遠超同價位其他酒店，不管是深夜抵達中轉，還是早起趕航班都特別適配。全程沒有隱形消費，服務細緻周到，出行趕路的疲憊都被貼心服務撫平了。以後再來西安轉機，還會優先選擇這裏，也推薦給有機場住宿需求的旅客！

自駕遊路過住一晚，性價比非常高，房間巨大，有點新中式庭院風格，但不古板老氣，品質非常好，裏面還有美容采耳的，早餐也很豐富獨特，蒸蛋特別好吃，房費還送了午餐潮汕牛肉火鍋，雖然分量不夠自己額外加了兩個菜，但是出品和味道都值得買單，唯一美中不足的是床墊有點軟，對我哦的有頸椎病的人不太友好，不過以後來還是會選擇這裏！

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. A special thank you as well for the wonderful birthday surprise! My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!
