Used to really like this property because of their Bistro -- breakfast to order, dinner available & bar. But breakfast is now same as previous free continental offering, yet you have to pay. No dinner or bar service. Rooms are tired and need upgrading. Water was hot & hotter even in toilets -- no cold water in our room. Air conditioner is old style window unit and thermostat was off by many degrees so we had to keep adjusting it. One of two elevators did not work --- same last time we were there. Employees say hotel has new owner and remodel is coming starting in November --- certainly due! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will try this property again after remodel is complete --- maybe in the spring of 2022.

Happy with the stay. Hotel is clean, both common areas and room. Check in staff was great. Location was convenient for our needs. Very good breakfast/lunch restaurant only minutes away (Starwood Cafe). Hotel has a small bar and restaurant, but we did not use them. Both looked clean and well kept. Other guests were obviously enjoying them. only complaint, the room HVAC kept cycling and the fan was a little loud. I'm a light sleeper, so it probably impacted me more so than the average person.

I stayed here in mid-September 2022. At check in the staff was courteous and check in was efficient. As I'm walking to my room it's obvious this place has not been updated in a long time or at least not well maintained. It has a run down and not so clean feel in the hallways. The rooms do have a cleaner feel though. My issue began when my key card didn't work. I went down to the desk and the lady reprogrammed the key. I went back because it still didn't work. I asked if she had a master key that she could try. She just reprogrammed by key, which still (of course) didn't work. She called maintenance, who she said was on-site, for which it took 45 minutes for him to get to my room. During this time I asked her to call the manager, for which she refused. It turns out the batteries in the door were too low to open. Additionally, the next morning breakfast wasn't available until about 815 to 830 even though it's supposed to start at 600 or 630. The manager offered points on whatever points program they have for the bad service. I don't have or want their points program. She called back saying they would send a gift card. More than one month later and I've never received the gift card. All around bad customer service and just meh accommodations.

Wish I could’ve gotten a first or second floor room. I don’t use elevators. I got a third floor room it was okay. I really appreciate the front desk people. They are very helpful

I really enjoyed my stay here. Zhan, Carla, Angela, Daisy, and Jami were all so nice and accommodating. They were helpful to myself and other guests and regularly had extra supplies ready whenever I needed them. I would recommend staying here.
