I stayed at the hotel for almost two weeks and enjoyed my stay. The staff was awesome their customer service was on point. I ate at the restaurant daily and most of the meals I enjoyed. I hated when they changed the fries from homemade fries but I do understand why. The burgers you have to watch how you order your burgers because a couple times it wasn’t medium but rare. They area is great and close to many shops and different food. Also, it was close to a nail shop that I was able to visit. If you like to grocery shop Aldi’s was walking distance away along with the others. Overall , a very good stay.

The hotel isn't particularly special (my room was kind of caked in dust, and smelled pretty poorly, too), but the staff worked to resolve my issues quickly when brought to them. The breakfast was also somewhere in the neighborhood of acceptable, but there was always plenty of hot coffee. Location is pretty good, too, and in range of plenty of good dining options and a giant Target.

New management needs to make many repairs and is not doing it in a timely manner. Managers reception reduced to 1 night. No longer has a business center. Rooms missing utensil’s. Bathrooms showing cracked tiles and rust stains.

This hotel is just horrible. It isn't well maintained and looks to haven't been renovated since the last time I stayed in 2008. I requested as my usual preferences to be away from the elevator and was put right next to it. Requested to have my room changed as was told they were sold out, mind you I booked this reservation like 3 weeks in advance. The hallway had a loud fan noise going right outside of my room and then smelled like someone was smoking *********. I went to counter to inform them, and the front desk clerk showed no concern. Since there was alot going on on tje area we decided to just stay for one night. The next morning we asked to switch rooms and was told that we would be placed further down the hallway after check out. We later returned and the A/C went out and requested a full refund.

This hotel is at least 5 years past being remodelled. Musty room smell, phones didn't work, cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart and the shower wouldn't drain properly. The property is looking extremely worn. Even the parking lot was full of holes and the landscaping was bad. I'm sure management will say they can't get contractors to do the work because of supply chain issues. The rates weren't bad, but the hotel is in horrible shape. Management is definitely milking the situation.

The room was absolutely filthy. A dead cockroach in the fridge. A few other bugs here and there. Toothpaste on the walls. Food spilled on the ground. A shirt sticker from a previous guest in the bed. Thumbtacks left in the wall from a previous guest hanging something up. I brought it up to the front desk. He wanted to know what “my ask” was. I said that I was not trying to be difficult just thought I should bring it up. He said he would pass it along to the manager so he could bring it up to housekeeping. I found out from a colleague the next day that that was the manager I was speaking with. Next day, I come in and my bed is made ok, but the rest of the room is in the same condition. I bought wipes across the street at target to clean myself what I was using most. Room 109 in case anyone wants to know. I also called in one morning when kids were playing basketball at 7am. (i had gotten in after 12 from a late flight the night before) and asked what time the sports court right outside my window opened. Front desk said 7am so I let it go, because those are the rules I suppose. I walk out later and the sign on the court says it opens at 9am. So I guess they just didn’t want to address the issue? Absolutely stay. Frustrating because this is the most convenient hotel for some work that is likely to happen yearly for 30-50 workshop attendees down the street, but we will obviously not stay here next time.

They got a few things right: internet worked, elevator worked, AC worked. But overall I felt like I was staying in a budget motel, not a Homewood. There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom; dark stains on the quilt; no entrees for sale in the suite shop; sofa looked very old and worn; stains on walls; little inconveniences like missing light bulbs & dead batteries in TV remote. I checked out early and went to another Hilton property for the rest of my trip. I have stayed at this Homewood before, but it was so different this time. I won't stay there again.

I would not stay here. I normally don't write reviews. But this one I feel needs to be written. The room was filthy. Dust build up on the vents. Dirt between the refrigerator and the cabinets lots of it. There was a group of people outside our room there was a fight outside the building. Lot of strange vehicles driving through the parking lot. The service was good but the room was not I WILL not stay here again. This hotel is not Hilton quality. I even contacted customer service about it.

I booked this hotel because of the amount of space it allowed. A suite with two separate sleeping areas for a family of four is our priority- and this hotel showed 4 star rating but reviews were from a year ago. Upon entering we were sent down a maze of hallways seeking elevators and they hd some out of order. We don’t mind walking, but may be troublesome for older travelers. Everything looked pretty dirty and worn, but the thing we could not get past was the smell. We walked through most of the bottom floor to get to the elevators, and the smell was strange. Our room was on the 3rd floor, the smell through the hallway on the third floor was unbearable. Thankfully, the smell did not continue into our room or we would have checked out immediately. But the four of us struggled to get through the hallway each time. No words to even describe what the smell could have been. The fridge in the room has obviously had stuff spilled but never properly cleaned. I would definitely not stay again, but in a pinch we survived.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, big TV, Great room service, friendly staff , swimming pool area, fitness area, conference rooms and more whats not to be pleased about ? I had an amazing view of the outlying area with a gorgeous lake and sunset to look at every day.

One of my rooms was not clean by housekeeping the other room the tub was stopped up with no hot water to shower which I had to use the sink to wash up and staff didn’t care that the room was dirty and had not hot water my 2 days I stayed
