Hotel 2 Bintang di Lewisville

I have stayed at this location many times in the last 4/5 months. The first time we got checked into a room and immediately saw a ton of cockroaches. Told the front desk, who was super apologetic and switch us rooms on a different floor. We get to the new room to check that room out and our key didn't work..... So back down to the front desk. Once again, the guy was super apologetic and fixed the room key. Finally got back up to the room, the room key worked this time, no cockroaches to be found, and the bed was super soft! Since that first stay we have always had great customer service, great rooms, and great room prices (thanks to Booking.com)!! Would highly recommend this hotel! Right next to Interstate 35 and right next to Main St in Lewisville. I would say it is perfectly in the middle of Lewisville and not to far from most of the attractions in the area. It is also right across the street from the local hospital. The outside of the building is a little run down, not to bad though but the rooms have been beautifully remodeled!! They just need to remember to turn the light on for the guest.... 🤣🤣 This hotel is definitely a 5+ star hotel!!

The hotel smelled terrible and in the hallway it was obvious that a toilet or bath tub had overflowed! I seriously questioned whether the bed had been changed and the room had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Fortunately, I had asked for a first floor room, as it was quite obvious that the elevator had been out of service for a substantial period of time. This Motel 6 was even too cheap to supply a plastic drinking cup for the bathroom!! Fortunately, I had an empty cup from a fast food restaurant in my car that I could use. The motel also was too cheap to put rubber stoppers on the room doors to prevent them from slamming all night RUN don't walk away from this Motel 6!!!

They were awesome and honest upfront and very helpful they asked me to inspect the room before agreeing to pay and stay and when I was unhappy with the room they switched me over to another room at the same price no issues… definitely recommend them

Very well kept, friendly staff and vey CLEAN ROOMS! I slept really good and so did my family! The rooms are true suites and very roomy! I loved the FREE breakfast lol! The front desk was very sweet and made us feel at home! We will be back! THANKS YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO AWESOME 5 STARS ⭐️ FOR SURE‼️

Wish I could’ve gotten a first or second floor room. I don’t use elevators. I got a third floor room it was okay. I really appreciate the front desk people. They are very helpful

The team at Towne Place Suites Lewisville wins our Attentive, Courteous and Efficient award for the month of February. Your property is clean, convenient, comfortable and offered some of the best sleep my husband and I have had at a hotel in a very long time. Since selling our home during Covid in 2020 and living as nomads all over the country, either in an RV, or as home/pet sitters with fully remote careers, or staying at hotels we had really come to like the Home2 Suites model and have stayed in several around the country. This was the first time we got to venture to a TownePlace property and are so glad we did. This one stood out. It was convenient to the shopping, restaurants, attractions and most of all, our family and friends, since we lived in the area for 10 years while I worked with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts during the early nineties as they exploded in growth. Check in was easy and quick. Ally (who is new to the team from what I understand was helpful in getting an office chair form our room). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well staged, presented, and maintained. Anything you would want want- cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, a variety of egg based options, and plenty of hot coffee if needed. We rarely see the variety of breakfast options in one hotel offering. Our only complaint was that their could be more variety from day to day. The room was a perfect size and being able to set up 2 separate office areas in the room was awesome. The kitchenette was perfect for us. The public space area used for dining was perfect for me to use as an office on days my husband had conference calls allowing me to witness the all day long friendliness of your staff. I wish I knew everyone's name who represented your team and the Marriott brand exceptionally well but here are a few that I recall: Joseph, Tartayna, Ally, Letty, Victor and Toya. Each of them were kind, compassionate and worked hard to anticipate and take care of any needs. Thanks for the stapler Tartayna! We will be back in the Dallas area in June and November and will check availability for a Towneplace Suites Lewisville again.

We stayed a night here for a couple of soccer games. The property is a little older but was very clean. And staff was very friendly. On top of that my daughter left her air pods in our room when we checked out...and housekeeping found them and sent them back! Thank you for your honesty!
