My 17 yo grandson and I stayed at this hotel 6/9-12. I have stayed at Fairfield Inns for years and never had a bad experience until this one. First, we were booked into a handicap accessible room, with no reason given as I didn’t request that. So, no bathtub and I prefer taking baths. Then, when the air conditioner cycled on, it sounded like a jet engine. I went to the front desk and requested to be moved, but no suitable rooms were available. The desk clerk filled out a maintenance form and said the maintenance man would fix this the next day. In the meantime, he suggested we turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open “as it was going to be a mild night” This is what we did as fortunately it wasn’t too hot that day. Then when we tried to connect to the hotel WiFi network, it showed we were connected but neither of our phones, lap top or IPad would connect as it kept giving us message it was “an unsecured network “. We tried to call the front desk but the room phone didn’t work. My grandson went the front desk and the clerk gave him number to hotel to call on our cell phones if we needed anything and said maybe internet connection was poor due to location of our room. Then, we had to be careful flushing the toilet as the handle was so loose. We also reported this. We come back the next day after being gone, the air conditioner is still not fixed, the phone is , handle on toilet may have been tightened but beds aren’t made up, I had to go down to get more towels as our original ones had been used to wipe up water on bathroom floor from the shower (this is a walk in shower so even with bath mat, water on the floor). We sleep a 2nd night with the window open. The desk clerk this night did contact manager and get $100 credit on our original bill of $761 for 3 nights. Still unable to connect any device to internet. Come back after being gone next day, air conditioner still not fixed. We sleep with windows open a 3rd night. Beds are made, trash emptied. Women’s restroom by the pool out of order, fitness room closed. When we check out the morning of the 12th, the desk clerk mentions the maintenance man never came in at all. We didn’t try a different hotel as there was a large baseball tournament in town, an Elks gathering, etc., and I’d tried at least 3 hotels before getting reservations at this one. I have upcoming reservations on 2 occasions at a Fairfield Inn. Am certainly hoping this was a one time fiasco.

Perkhidmatan di sini sangat bagus dan juga kebersihannya. Biliknya sungguh luas, tidak terasa kekejangan seperti motel/hotel lain yang pernah saya kunjungi. Satu lagi perkara yang saya suka tentang tempat ini ialah di tingkat tiga terdapat bilik dobi tetamu di mana anda pergi menggunakan mesin untuk kuarters tertentu dan anda perlu membawa detergen anda sendiri. Disebabkan COVID-19, mereka menghidangkan sarapan pagi dalam beg kertas yang tersedia antara 6 - 9 PG, kata sarapan pagi ialah pisang, botol air dan bar NutriGrain. Secara keseluruhannya, penginapan di Springhill Suties di sini benar-benar hebat.

Best hotel customer service I've ever had. The hotel room was fine enough, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub was broken..The customer service was one of a kind. This hotel, especially the morning driver went above and beyond in many ways. I wish these folks could be cloned and should be training others.

The room smelt like dirty feet and old carpet. The carpet itself was filthy and was obviously not thoroughly cleaned in awhile. There were pieces of food and other scrap. There was a disgusting ”white stain” on the lounge chair that was obviously left by some rambunctious couple. I stayed far away from it. The restroom was broken and could not fully close without some significant strength to lift and close into its hinges. The cleaning staff refused to clean my room because I was still inside my suite! I was working from my suite that day! Some of my towels were placed on the toilet tank. Ugh.The front staff were generally friendly. Thank goodness. Unfortunately I couldn't get a room elsewhere.because of the upcoming horse racing cup. I will never return to a Holiday Inn.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had. I had to book the hotel in a pinch when the other hotel I booked through trip.com did not have electricity when I showed up for my stay. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely book again.
