We had a great stay at Pytloun City Boutique Hotel. Our room had a large terrace, which was a lovely addition, though the room itself was a bit small. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, including a healthy corner which we appreciated. Self-check-in was really easy to use thanks to the detailed instructions provided before our arrival. One thing to note is the pre-authorization of 2,000 CZK per room, but this seems like a standard procedure. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short 7-minute walk to the city center, with a bus station located right in front of the hotel. We also highly recommend the nearby Chicago Bar & Grill. The food was delicious, the service was excellent , and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, a great stay in a perfect location. We would definitely return!

Great communication with the staff members Adél and Týna, both by phone when booking in advance and on the spot and during the accommodation, very helpful staff. The position of the hotel is absolutely perfect, we really liked the location of the room with a view of the center and Ještěd. It was very pleasant to be in the center and at the same time on the top floor and watch the events below and around. The breakfast was amazing, it's very hard to go back to the daily routine :) The room optically enlarged by a lot of mirrors was cozy and comfortable, we are thinking about another visit :)

All good, perfect location. Room are clean, the spa bath is perfect for relaxing. There you can drink a free coffee in the terrace. I really enjoyed this stay. The hotel crew is very nice and fine. Included breakfast is the very good option. Recommend

Excellent Welcome!! After 7 hours of driving family was tired, hungry and exhausted. After smooth check-in we were offered sparkling wine in the lobby to relax while staff gave us good recommendation to local restaurants. In the fresh room staff even prepared water, snacks and a cute bed for our little dog...so lovely. Breakfast was great and check-out felt like saying goodbye to close relatives. Thank you Adel, Lucie, Marie and Jana for the warm welcome and memorable stay!
