I've booked through AirAsia for this hotel, I stay from Dec 25th - Dec 27th, I booked for Deluxe twin room. When I checked in the reception desk didn't mention anything about the room type that they going to assign me in, they only mention my room room number (it's room 120), so I go there just to find out that I got the wrong room (they give me double bed room), so I called the reception and mentioned that I was booked twin room but they said there's no note regarding my room preferences and they asked me to send the hotel voucher to their WA hotlines number and I did, after several times waiting I asked (I checked on them few times by calling them through my room). What they suggest me is so disappointing, they said we can't moved you to twin room because the room is full at this moment what we can give you is extra bed, and they said we can't give you that room because the confirmation that we got from Expedia was, you booked for double room, and I corrected them by saying I booked from AirAsia not Expedia, they asked me to contact AirAsia, I said no, how can they suggest such things, I said it's your internal problem between your system and AirAsia, I don't have to know and I don't want to know, also how can I put my self on comfort while my son have to sleep on uncomfortable extra bed, I said I gave you 5 mins to move me on my desired room. After about almost one hr back and forth phone call to reception finally they give me twin room it's room no 133 (2nd room from the end area), the room doesn't look like normal room, the terrace chair is only one pcs (not pair), the bathroom door is dirty. Anyway, it was unpleasant experience... so I don't think it was because they have no room for me, as they give me the right room afterwards (after complaining) they just not handling guest in proper manner they should be.
