First of all, a standard room, booked via Tui, is not 4 stars worthy, it’s two stars at best. The room is very small and old, and the shower is worse than small, it’s minimal and thus very difficult to use. The location is very nice and the infrastructure, other than the room is ok. The food is ok and enough choice. Also not worthy of a 4 star hotel is the towel service; 10€ per person per day at the pool and 3€ for the beach. Towel service should be included in a 4 star hotel of that price category. But last but not least, service of reception and concierge is below imagination. On the third day I broke my shoulder, and the Italian doctor advised to return home for the appropriate treatment. We had paid in advance 14 nights in half board, of which we used only 3, and they refused to refund the 11 unused nights in half board. And as the cherry on the cake, they even refused to change the evening dinner into a lunch, as we had to leave immediately. We asked for a sandwich lunch for underway and ….yes, refused. Unbelievable and never again.
