Thank you for your comfort and care. I have traveled extensively in Africa and this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are clean, the showers work well and there is hot water, which in my experience is very rare in Africa. The air conditioning saves from the heat. Also the hotel has a lovely interior and a restaurant with excellent food. Another separate plus is the location of the hotel. Nearby there is everything you need. It is very safe and pleasant. Thank you! I will stay again when I am in Lilongwe.

This hotel needs a good coat of paint from the front gate and inside. The capets are threadbare The hotel does not deserve a four star rating as it desperately needs to be upgraded Eating area is dark and depressing

Although the hotel taxi was late at the airport, I found the driver, as well as the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was adequate, and breakfast was well presented and good.

The Bridgeview is right next to the biggest mall in Lilongwe. You can find shops and groceries within a short distance. Lots of hustle and bustle outside during the day and nice and quiet at night
The staff are all fantastic and a shoutout to Moses who is always willing to help you with anything. Thanks for looking after us Moses and keep up the great work. You’re the best!
Rooms are okay and comfortable but the property is quite old and a bit weathered. That said the beds are good and the shower is hot.
The onsite restaurant has all you need for filling your tummy and a wonderful breakfast is included with your stay. This is my fourth time at the Bridgeview and it’s because of Moses that I’ll be back. See you again soon

Clean, friendly and well run. Good Indian cuisine in the restaurant. Decor a little faded. Very convenient for So buses.

The staff was very nice and always helpful. Room was clean, I had a hot shower and a good night sleep. The breakfast was good, hot and cold dishes as well as fruits and juice. Restaurant was a bit limited in options. The hotel offers an excellent location for the SoSoSo coaches (they leave just across the street) and a lot of shops, A** and transport options.

My family had a great stay here. The staff were pleasant and polite, also the food was amazing. The only downside was the intermittent wifi, we believe their wifi ran out so it was impossible to communicate without wifi and without a local phone number. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
