I always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!

The hotel has an excellent location in a safe neighborhood of Miraflores, walking distant to Parque Kennedy, mercado Indio, Larco Mar, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, a bit of everything and fresh papaya fruit for breakfast!!! We also had lunch and dinner there. Most restaurants are very busy and it is a long wait however he hotel's restaurant was much faster and convenient. Rooms were clean. Maybe hair conditioner would be nice if they add it. Highly recommended.

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

Stayed for Easter with my bf, loved everything about Lima and this hotel. Location was optimal with the cutest shops street on the back, food was also great with diet friendly options for breakfast. I found this hotel to be very fun as every corner of this place contains tons of design details, the room was very comfortable with an amazing mattress and a much appreciated steamer, really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and would love to come back here anytime!

We picked the hotel because it has triple rooms and it’s reviews. However it’s not the great hotel reviewed 2 and 3 years ago. The good points for the hotel are the employees especially Tanya. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Breakfast is below par. Only one cup and one hand towel was provided to a room despite the fact that we were 5. The espresso machine did not have cup or capsules for use. No water bottle was provided. It feel management looked to cut cost were posible.

The rooms where comfortable and the breakfast enjoyable. Flae was an amazing host and was kind enough to store out backpacks for our trip to Cusco. The hotel is well located in the safe neighborhood of Miraflores, therefore you can easily go for a drink in the evening, something cannot do in most parts of Lima.

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

I have a neck/back issue and as requested for differenr pillow, they promptly offered me so many options. Also, when I inquired about some techniaclities in the room, never did I get someone from maintenance so fast as I did here, someone immediately came to support me. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the room is really modern and functional, nothing like depicted by previous reviews. As a Platinum IHG member I am used to having great experiences and they offered the same high level of service.

The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

PPengguna TetamuThis property was nice. It was very clean. It really only has the basics in the room. No fridge or microwave, 2 bath towels and a bath mat, minimal shampoo/soap. The breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there was no ”early bird” breakfast. Anything earlier than 6am was a box breakfast which was horrible. We experienced it twice. Fruit and a cheap ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. I think there was 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. For a nice hotel, they could have done much better than that!!

Ccarina rTodo fue muy bien, buen servicio y atención, el cuarto muy limpio. Lo mejor fue el desayuno, muy muy rico . Único problema es que las tarjetas de los cuartos se malogran siempre, me quede una semana y todos los días casi tuve que pedir me cambiaran la tarjeta por que dejaba de funcionar.

JJacksjolliesNice big room with a comfy bed. Clean and spacious. Getting there is annoying as its across a motorway and the shuttle bus took too ling given the airport is 100m stones throw away. Breakfast is average. Only 3 hot dishes. Really overpriced for what you get but i guess thats the joy or airport hotels.

But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in Lima at 1:30 AM and needed to stay at a hotel near the airport as we were planning to fly to Cusco within 12 hours upon arrival. The hotel provided us a shuttle that picked us up from the airport to the hotel. Cost was only 30 soles (less than $10 USD). The room was spacious and had the essentials that we need in a hotel. I did wake up at 6 in the morning hearing a rooster. I'll be honest, the hotel is in Callao, which is not the nicest area of Lima. In the morning when we checked out, we wanted to uber to Plaza de Armas de Lima area. Our hotel front office ambassador was so kind - she waited outside the hotel with us to make sure we were protected and constantly checked my phone to ensure we were getting into the correct Uber. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish but I understood her gestures when she was saying that my phone could be snatched. I wish I got her name. When we got back to the hotel to go to the airport, our hotel manager held our luggage in a locked room and yet again stayed with us outside for our uber to the airport. For an affordable hotel near the airport, Padama Hotel was definitely a great pick for us.

La habitación fue bastante cómoda para 1 noche que me hospedé, estaba limpia, tenía un ventilador, una televisión y agua de cortesía. Tiene relación el precio que uno paga por la habitación, es un espacio simple, suficiente para dormir cómodo. Hay un poco de ruido por los autos, pero honestamente yo estaba tan cansada que me quedé dormida, si recomiendo tener earplugs si tu sueño es ligero (en Lima la gente usa mucho el klaxon). El staff del hotel fue muy servicial, hospitalarios y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, especialmente Estela. La ubicación es en San Miguel. El hotel tienen un rooftop muy bonito que recomiendo visitar.
