"The hotel itself looks very nice. The rooftop jacuzzis and pool were amazing, and the gym was honestly one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. However, I was really surprised by how poor the room amenities were considering the price of this hotel. They don’t even provide basic complimentary things like drinking water. There’s literally a brochure in the room showing a list of extra items you can buy, including things like a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, shower caps, and other basic necessities. Having to pay extra for every little thing felt honestly a bit embarrassing for a hotel in this price range. Because it was always supposed to be for free. Never in my life I paid for dental kit in a hotel…. The breakfast was also pretty disappointing. Honestly, I even felt like waking up early for it was not worth losing sleep over — I would rather have stayed in bed longer than wake up for that breakfast:("

"Generally the stay is quite enjoyable. Breakfast is doable, customer service is excellent and location is just perfect! So many restaurants and even a supermarket within walking distance. However, small issue is that the air conditioning in my room is leaking. Although they kinda “fixed” it, still can see/hear water dripping to the floor. The hallway tend to be dark as well, understand it’s motion sensor. No biggie on this part."

"From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again."

The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. The room is also very large and comfortable. There is also a jacuzzi. It is along the street and a bit noisy, but the windows can be closed to block 95%. The soundproofing effect is very good. The only drawback is that the towels should be replaced, they are not so new."
