"Some reviews suggest it is very far from the airport. I disagree. It’s just on the other side and from the rooms you can see the airport. It only took 10 minutes in rush hour the following morning to reach the airport. I left an hour early as reviews made it sound like a long drive. The check in was easy at early hours with staff available, and the shuttle arrived on time. Whilst it isn’t going to blow your mind away I have no complaints with the hotel or service."

"The hotel itself looks very nice. The rooftop jacuzzis and pool were amazing, and the gym was honestly one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. However, I was really surprised by how poor the room amenities were considering the price of this hotel. They don’t even provide basic complimentary things like drinking water. There’s literally a brochure in the room showing a list of extra items you can buy, including things like a toothbrush, toothpaste, a comb, shower caps, and other basic necessities. Having to pay extra for every little thing felt honestly a bit embarrassing for a hotel in this price range. Because it was always supposed to be for free. Never in my life I paid for dental kit in a hotel…. The breakfast was also pretty disappointing. Honestly, I even felt like waking up early for it was not worth losing sleep over — I would rather have stayed in bed longer than wake up for that breakfast:("

"From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again."

"Terrible hotel, terrible location in the Ghetto district, reception staff speaks poor English. And the biggest drawback of this hotel is that they provide accommodation on a 140 cm bed for two adults!!! They call it a double bed!!! Our 10-year-old sleeps alone on one at home. Be careful and vigilant! We did not stay at this hotel, we went to another hotel, and the hotel refused to refund our money, which again speaks volumes about its customer-focused nature. I will write a review of this hotel everywhere."
