The hotel room was exactly as listed online. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excelente servicio por parte del staff, la ubicación es excelente para hacer turismo en familia y las tarifas muy accesibles; sugiero inviertan en renovar las instalaciones y mi única queja fue el suministro de agua caliente el cual a veces daba problemas de manera frecuente.

This was an ok property in Miraflores but definitely not 4.5* as listed. The public rooms were lovely and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm but did not look anything like those shown on the ******* site. It had a shabby curtain over the bath rather than a separate shower with screen & leaked all over the bathroom every time it was used. In fact the decor of everything about the ground floor was a lot shabbier & more worn than the pictures depicted. The pool & gym are in definite need of some tlc - also note there are no changing rooms by either so you may have to go 12 floors up in a lift with your bathing suit on! Location-wise it suited us as we like walking but some may be upset by it’s claim to be ‘near Larcomar Shopping Centre’. As fast walkers it took us a good 20/25 minutes which could be too much for many in Lima heat. To summarise, it worked for a 1 night stop over but it’s definitely not a 4.5* luxury spa hotel as listed.

Awesome stay. Very accommodating staff. Even prepared us packed breakfast for our tour at 5am.

Everything was ok but we have a problem with the hot water we called twice to get fix but still was no working properly

Comfortable hotel with great restaurant that was welcome change after a week-long road trip. It was just for one night before leaving the country but it was quiet and alliwed me to rest up. Well appointed and clean.

The entire staff (reception,concierge,restaurant,waiters,housekeeping was amazing, if I go back to Lima I’ll definitely be choosing that specific location of Casa Andina,I thank them so much for all that they did!

The staff asked for my passport to check in. Problem is that I don’t have it with me. No where in the booking did it tell me I needed my passport. Had to drive an hour back to get it. Major inconvenience. This was my first time traveling out of country. So I didn’t know I needed it to check in.

Noisy room, can hear neighbors. Definitely not a 5*. AC hot,not cooling properly. Outdated room. Gym also hot.

Overall good experience service was slow we asked for simple things like towels and hand soap didn’t arrive to our room had to call front desk twice to finally get our request, but food was great in the buffet area and pool was always warm which is a plus. Would recommend.

My cleaning lady was amazing and breakfast lady was also amazing. Breakfast tasted good and reception was really good at assisting my needs.

Excellent service in all the areas, at the restaurant Rosemary was very dedicated with us, but everybody we’re excellently too.
