The room is big & very clean ,The reception people are super nice there also ,except the air conditioner is little noisy ,others are all perfect ,especially the buffet ,it's very delicious.I will come back very soon!

Hotel location for us was great! 15 minutes to Airport and 2 min walk to Mall. Centrally located to Colonial Lima, Churches/SFO Convent/Catacombs, and restaurants.

The facility and location is indeed good. But I had a terrible experience regarding the booking and the payment. I already made the prepaid payment and it was deducted in my account already. The hotel asked for a guarantee payment since they did not receive the payment from trip. Until now, I’m still waiting for the refund of the guarantee payment from the hotel. It seems that Sheraton and Trip are coordinating very slow. Still waiting for the refund.

酒店位置優越，步行武器廣場，聖馬丁廣場很方便，邊上還有一個大型購物中心，吃飯、銀行貨幣兑換都很方便，關鍵是房間空間寬敞、晚上睡覺很安靜，不會受到幹擾。早餐很豐盛，酒店的前台英語交流很愉快，都提供了良好的服務，行李寄存、補充洗漱用品、礦泉水、延遲退房等要求都給予了極好的服務，老牌酒店的服務還是非常到位的👍👍 ，酒店附近也很值得走走，非常休閑。

位置很好，老城中心，安全方便，房間也很大，早餐和晚餐都很棒，要求送牙刷牙膏和礦泉水均能馬上安排，隔壁有個mall，各種美食咖啡都有，小朋友很喜歡，唯一一個不快是，我們訂了2間2晚，入住時前台説第2天只有1間房了，稱沒收到第2天的訂單，第2天另一個前台馬上給安排了。

Lima第一家五星級酒店，雖然有點舊，但地段很好，周邊有很多景點，步行就可以到很多有名氣的景點，而且價格很親民。
