Hotel berhampiran Market Naldo, Lima

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. We had a recent weeklong stay at your hotel and it was delightful! The staff was so very helpful and kind and we could not have asked for more. Everyone went out of their way to make our event successful and we are so grateful. Thank you for your professionalism and your hospitality!!

Reservé 2 habitaciones standard para año nuevo 2024, una con cama matrimonial para mi hijo y para mí, y la otra con 2 camas. Y al momento de la reserva especifiqué que necesitaba que estén una al lado de la otra, o exactamente al frente. Cuando hice check in, fuimos a las habitaciones y la mía era cama doble y encima no estaban al frente, felizmente la señora de recepción pudo solucionar pero estuvimos bastante rato esperando. Luego, a las 5y30pm aprox llamo a Room Service para pedir la cena de mi hijo, me contesta un chico y me toma el pedido. Pasa 1 HORA, llamo para saber cuánto más iba a demorar y un señor de restaurante de muy mala manera me dice que no tiene ningún pedido y que no era su problema porque él acababa de entrar a turno. Me pareció una pésima atención y pésima forma de resolver un problema. Obviamente tuve que volver a hacer el pedido y esperar más, pero dejó mucho que desear la respuesta de su personal del restaurante e hizo que me amargue el momento. Finalmente, en recepción a la hora del check in preguntamos si Room Service atendería normal hasta las 11pm, nos dijo que sí. Cuando nos fueron a dejar la comida de mi hijo, volví a preguntar al mozo y me dijo que ya no tomaban pedidos porque estaban con la cena buffet. Entonces nos iban a dejar sin cena a mi familia y a mí, ya que al estar con un niño pequeño él ya iba a dormir y yo no iba a poder salir al restaurante. Después de insistir, accedió a tomarnos el pedido pero tenía que ser en ese momento (siendo 7pm, comida llegó 7y20) y lamentablemente tuve que cenar comida fría ya que recién pude hacerlo después de dormir a mi hijo a las 8y30pm aprox. Realmente no volvería al hotel por tener tantas malas experiencias en 1 solo día de estadía.

I always stay at Tierra Viva in Lima, but I didn't know there were 3! I mistakenly thought this was Tierra Viva Larco. I always stay in Tierra Viva no matter which city I am in, Peru, because you always know what to expect. Clean, convenient, helpful staff. But this location is not convenient at all! To get to Miraflores, it takes a minimum of 20 minutes in taxi. Costs add up going to and forth twice a day!

Muy buen lugar , y cerca de todo. buenas Instalaciones y cómodo. Solo hay que mejorar los desayunos y que no cobren por limpieza , pero supongo que por el precio esta muy bien

The hotel has an excellent location in a safe neighborhood of Miraflores, walking distant to Parque Kennedy, mercado Indio, Larco Mar, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good, a bit of everything and fresh papaya fruit for breakfast!!! We also had lunch and dinner there. Most restaurants are very busy and it is a long wait however he hotel's restaurant was much faster and convenient. Rooms were clean. Maybe hair conditioner would be nice if they add it. Highly recommended.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!

생각보다 규모는 작았지만 룸 컨디션이 좋았습니다. 미라플로레스가 안전한 지역이어서 선택하였습니다. 해안가가 가깝습니다.

The hotel is located in the Miraflores neighborhood, around the hotel there are McDonald, Pizza Hut, KFC and more. A short drive away, there is a pedestrian zone of lively restaurants and bars, a place to eat, drink and rejoice. The hotel itself has a reasonable size and has space for luggage, safe, large TV, nice bathroom. The service is courteous, breakfast reasonable. Good value for money
