Very trendy boutique hotel, great vibes, friendly staff and helpful! Room is very clean and easy to walk around nearby area. Breakfast have many variety, maybe can and some beef and pork choices? Even have DJ have breakfast, first time to enjoy breakfast with DJ Will come back for sure!

I highly recommend this hotel. In very close to marina, and city centre. Clean hotel rooms and perfectly kind staff. Breakfast is more than a classic hotel buffet, we ate our breakfast with a dj! variety of delicious food options . You will not regret

Very good hotel. Close to the centre so perfect for getting to those amazing restaurants on foot. The staff were very friendly and organised especially Eleni. Breakfast is good and always plenty going round, hope to return in the summer! Parking is available opposite the hotel.

The hotel is currently hosting an art exhibition called “Woman Through My Eyes” by Constantinos (Cisse) Christofi, hence the visit. The art work will be exhibited until 29/02/2024 and certainly worths it. The stay in the hotel was also amazing!

The best hotel in Limassol town! Great room service! Best cocktails ever! Thank you Panayiotis! Don’t miss the spectacular view from the pool on the rooftop! Great stuff with great vibe! The most amazing breakfast ever! We will visit again very soon! Thank you all!

My 2nd time in this hotel was such an epic failure. 1. As opposed from the last stay, where I had a bottle of water in the fridge (Thanks!), this time there wasn't. I called the reception to ask for one, and the impatient clerk just wanted to forward me to the bar, although I told her I had one previously. Then I ordered a bottle of water from the bar. After 1 hour I called the bar again and ask where the bottle is. They apologized and told me they are sending now. This never arrived to my room. I went down to the minimarket and got myself a nice bottle. 2. The room had a slight smell which later appeared to be a huge sewerage smell from the bathroom. I called the reception and ask them that tomorrow morning when I leave the room I need someone to come, smell, check, make something. Nobody came, nobody called, just nobody. 3. From a 4 stars hotel I expect to have an AC choice for heating or cooling. I don't care you wish to save money on winter cause people may feel hot in a 28 degrees "winter" day. This forces me to sleep with the window open, but since the hotel is located in a very noisy location - this ruins your sleep. Conclusions: * Service is the worst possible. No matter what I did, I never got a single attention from someone, but only a complete ignorance. You will probably see the "manager response" shortly, with sincere apologies (I imagine anyway), but just know this is because it went public, and it's not a real apology since they didn't get the "service" thing probably. I have to say the room is clean and feels modern, and I really enjoyed breakfast.

An incredible stay. We stayed in NYX hotel limassol in December with my family of 4, the room was spacious and with all amenities needed. In the evening we had dinner at the Mizu Mazu restaurant, the sushi and drinks were delicious. Evi, Giorgos and the Anastasia was very nice and sweet with my 4 year old girl and made her night even more special. At the breakfast all were very polite and with an exceptional service. Panagiotis and Stavroula was amazing and made the extra effort to make our stay even better.

Not worth even 1 star. If you are looking for an hotel to stay in Limassol in the winter time make sure to bring extra blankets from home because their rooms don’t have heating option. I checked in for 1 night, I wanted to do a little get away and relax..NYX hotel limassol turn out to be a huge mistake. My room was freezing cold..it took them 2 hours to find out that there is no heating option on the AC, Only cooling..Isn’t AC supposed to do both? After not being able to stay there for the night otherwise I would wake up with hypothermia they didn’t want to refund my money(187€) and I got only some of the amount. No mention that the manager was rude and blame my pregnancy for the reason that I feel cold in a room which is opposite the sea on a windy Island middle of December..I stayed in many hotels in my life and I never experienced such a bad service to the guests. Like why are you working in a hotel if you hate people and especially pregnant women?
