Floral Hotel

This hotel is lovely to stay in, after our horrendous start to the holiday with a 2 day delay and cancellation of our hotel booking elsewhere we booked this on the day and managed to get a space. We were given a warm welcome with a postcard, fruit and bottle of wine and were dealt with by pleasant happy and the most kind staff. This hotel may not be all inc and have the largest pool but they turned our holiday back into the happy time it should be. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the middle of a long ***** of shops, restaurants and bars, which was really convenient. On our last day check out was 12 midday but our flight wasn’t till 2am the following day, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage and enjoy the day as normal and allowed us to return to the lobby during the day to red and offered a shower with clean towels if we decided to spend the day at the beach. All in all wonderful staff, and wonderful hotel and perfect location. Would 100% use again!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Floral Hotel. When we arrived there was a postcard wishing us a good holiday. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The elderly man manning the reception late at night was so nice to our daughter. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and smiling. We have not experienced this hospitality better anywhere else in Greece and we have, after all, visited the country over 25 times. Drinks and beer from the bar were cold, good and cheap. The pool was clean and nice. Even though it wasn't that big, there was always plenty of room in it. The room was cleaned nicely every day. We can warmly recommend the Floral Hotel and hope to be able to visit it again another time.

It was our 2nd time at this hotel and we enjoyed our staying as much as we did the first time. This hotel is everything you need to discover Hersonissos, Crete, the location is amazing, close to the beaches in Hersonissos, 10min walk to the port, fresh breakfast included, the staff is amazing. They are helpful and friendly, they clean every day, it really everything you need at the best price. It checks all the boxes from my list. Only thing i would say is in July the heat is strong if you re staying at the 2nd floor. There is air conditioning but I cannot stand it, so I d rather not use it. But if you don t have an issue with the air conditioning like I do, no need to worry about the heat. Thanks to the owner of the hotel and the staff, we loved it here so much that we came back a 2nd time, which is really a big deal considering the amount of option you have to choose from. Would come back any time without thinking twice! I ll add some pictures with the terrace and the room and balcony.

Just came back from a week's stay here. I was very impressed, my room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly especially the wonderful ladies. I was on the ground floor with a street view, which was great. It is in a great location so I found plenty to do. Thankyou for everything.

We stayed at the Flora hotel, 5 people. It is a small hotel, not on the main street which promised it was quiet. We received nice rooms with a double bed and a folding bed (three children). the rooms were just renovated, the beds are very comfortable and the view is to the street. The hotel does not have its own pool but is sharing the pool of another hotel, which was fine as the pools (three medium size pools) were not crowded. Breakfast was good, mainly cheese, bread and vegetables which was sufficient for me. Not much variety, but good and fresh. The hotel is on a street full of shops, supermarkets and great restaurants. Super Markets sell fresh squeezed orange juice that in 1.5L or 0.5L bottles. Bus to Heraklion and other Cities is very close by and the Star Beach hotel (water sports, Bungy) is 10-15 min. walk from the hotel. Note that you need to pay for the usage of airconditoining (six euro per day) and usage of the safe (one euro per day). Also, there is no electric kattle in the room. Enjoyed the stay, worth the money

Currently at this hotel. I chose it mostly due to the positive reviews it had received and must say have not been disappointed. The hotel is immaculately clean, clean bedding and towels each day, newly refurbished rooms and swimming pool, desk is manned 24 hours and every member of staff greets you with a smile. Fantastic service/facilities for the money, would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Floral hotel. No matter if we came back from the nightlife or the beach, it felt like coming home. The staff gave a relaxed vibe and not a stressed one. Not thinking about problems but solutions. Even going as far as proposing things instead of us asking for it. I would definently recommend this hotel to everybody who likes hospitality and great service. Thank you!

We were a couple how wanted a nice location in the city. The room has clean and spacious, the people were really nice and make sure we were comfortable, and the location was excellent. I will come back again.
