The lady at the front desk was super friendly and had fresh cookies for us 15 minutes after our arrival. The room was nice. The pool and hot tub area was great. The hotel had a very small town hotel vibe. Location was convenient.

Rooms were clean and big beds were comfortable staff were very friendly the lady at the front desk Cristina was awesome and so was the cook breakfast was good as well i really enjoyed our stay would recommend and will stay again

We have stayed at this property in many times in the past and it has severely gone downhill. We booked two rooms and both were dirty. The hot tub was a shade of grey, granted there were a lot of users.

Each employee we came into contact with had wonderful customer service (best I’ve experienced in a long time) From the front desk to the breakfast room we were very impressed with the employee’s attitudes. Thank you!

Stayed here last year and it was nice. This year experience was terrible. Linens were not changed, hair all over the bed sheets. Found a sock left from previous customers. Heating did not work they brought a portable one. Curtains had holes and partially shredded. Staff serving the breakfast was nice. Would not stay there again.

All the people that worked there were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and my husband and I both thought the bed was pretty comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly helpful and professional! The breakfast was good but the lady helping was above and beyond in friendliness, helpfulness and customer service! It’s been a log time since we have had service as awesome as her!

We were told that the pool and hot tub were down for the week for a remodel. My room was right next to it. No one ever went in or out or did any work at all.

Our room was double booked. So we had a problem with that. But they were able to fix it. ******* doesn’t talk to the property very fast they said. And the pool was down so we couldn’t go in. The breakfast was ok frozen food you heat up. So taste was not very good.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance. Then the little marketplace was closed because the floor was getting redone. So it should be nice in the near future. I was also told when checking in that if we wanted our room cleaned we had to call early in the morning and they would just bring towels, dump trash and wipe things down. If we wanted our beds remade they would leave us the sheets. The beds were on wheels and moved around a lot. Breakfast was pretty good and the people serving breakfast were very nice. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaned better before we arrived. Overall it was okay because we got a decent price, but it was not great.
