前台工作人員的微笑和熱情讓我倍感親切。還細心地為我介紹了酒店的設施和周邊景點。房間內的佈置非常温馨舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，讓我一夜好眠。而且，房間內還配備了[空調/冰箱/保險箱等]，極大地提升了我的住宿體驗， 值得一提的是這裏的[內蒙古特色]，味道非常棒，另外，謝謝飄飄的服務，服務態度很好，都無可挑剔，下次還會在選擇入住。

房間足夠大，適合一家四口，酒店可以直接到沙灘，和威斯汀共用，價格比威斯汀美麗太多。打車去猴島，新村夜市也是非常方便。下次來陵水直接就這裏了，新村趕海沒去，應該非常值得去，很多淺灘，圖片是猴島

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. Charlie at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Actually all of the staff are warm and helpful and professionally trained. We're given a free upgrade which was nice. Food was great, worth to be called a 5 star quality; be it the breakfast buffet or room service (big serving portions). It was not very crowded when we were there which is good. Our kids love the slides, paddle board, animals by the kids club, and the new addition this year...the bubble bath. We stayed here summer last year too and we felt the service and everything has improved. Beds are comfy and cleanliness is on point too. There is also a small snack shop which was convenient; however, the jackfruit we bought there was not very good.

The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

We are a family from uk travelling through China with our two sons 10 and 8 years old. The big plus of this hotel is the private and peaceful beach. This hotel has large enough grounds and spaces to feel not crowded and peaceful. Our lady butler spoke english and was super helpful. Food was good quality and nice choice, although we struggled a bit to find a variety of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian son, having said that this was a bit of an issue everywhere we went. The hotel is situated away from the major tourist agglomeration which is very nice. The only thing we found strange was the music constantly played at the beach buffet. We would have preferred to listen to the waves and the crickets than the man made noise… I guess this maybe a bit of a cultural difference . On that note … the last orders at the bar are at 9:30pm. All in all we all had a great stay and would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

Great Location if you don't want to live at the beach. Restaurants, Parks, Mall, Bus Station all next door. Spacious rooms. Breakfast is ok

温德姆酒店的性價比是真的挺高的，相對來説其他酒店價位真的是比較親民了，來之前還有些擔心。到達目的地的第一印象真是超美的。入住之後的第一印象更是非常滿意，房間面積很大並且非常非常乾淨，不管是床鋪還是其他，床品都非常乾淨、被子還是羽絨的，沒有一絲的異味，住在酒店就能玩的很盡興，有沙灘🏖️、泳池、小童樂園、親子活動等等，早餐也是很豐盛、乾淨、美味。真的是用心在做。 特別是服務員，每天都及時認真的打掃房間，很親切的董亞妹同志哦！積極提供各項用品，非常感謝哦！ 本來是打算住兩天換一下其他酒店，誰知一住就不想挪動了，一直住了六天，因為入住前三天訂的是海景房，後面訂其他房間時，酒店直接就給升級了現住的海景房，不用再挪動房間了，這點真的是超級超級滿意的大驚喜。 以後再來這裏就是首選了。性價比超高的一間親民酒店。

When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

The good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

This was a wonderful vacation, and my family and I all loved it here.There are hot springs, a beautiful swimming pool, The cookies are delicious.Hope the hotel will offer buffet dinner.By the way thank you for GSM Jerry,He is a very friendly gay,He helps us a lot,we became very good friends.❤️❤️❤️
