During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

Want to share my brother's experience staying in this hotel with others. He was sent to this hotel for quarantine. Upon arrival to the hotel, no one was there to assist on luggage but it is acceptable as the hotel was probably short on staff or due to covid safety measures. Corridors towards the hotel room was very dark and the walls along the way was chipping off (guess no maintenance was done to the hotel), upon entering the hotel room, a strong cigarette smell covered the entire room Bathroom was dirty, room was obviously not clean thoroughly before, towels was dirty, bedsheets was dirty, air con in the room was leaking and You can even smell someone smoking in the room next to you! What's worst is that the air con wasn't working in the middle of the night. When called the receptionist to complain instead of sending their maintenance staff, they asked to switch off the aircon for few minutes before switching it on again. I have just One question, shouldn't a hotel that is listed as a quarantine center prioritize cleanliness? What's worst is that this hotel cannot accept criticism. We posted a comment in their facebook page regarding these issues, instead of improving their services, they sent their staff up to my brother's room & threatened him to delete the comment on facebook. Is this how you run a hotel? Threaten hotel guests for leaving a negative comment?

A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfort From the moment I arrived at Little HouseI knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. The rooms were acceptable spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities are good The location was perfect - close to the working place. The hotel had sufficient facilities and was very convenient The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable Overall are well taken care and we had a good smooth stay and would definitely stay here again in our next trip

It is always expected that the Staff provides good service for the customers as hotels are a part of the hospitality industry, so personally, I think it is important to point out clearly about this matter. Je suis étonnée de voir que notre séjour n’a pas eu la même résonance que d’autres clients (commentaires précédents). Cependant je note que nous avons résidé dans les chambres face à la piscine avec terrasse, ce qui doit complètement changer le niveau des divers sons notamment de rue. Pour notre part, nous avons trouvé le personnel très sympathique, notre chambre était très propre et joliment aménagée, nettoyée et réapprovisionnée chaque jour. La piscine était toujours très propre. Et l’hôtel a un charme indéniable que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, au calme en plein centre ville ! Un petit havre de paix et de nature à proximité de tout. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous sommes restés 3 jours, très satisfaits comparé aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Sarawak qui étaient très chers et médiocres.. Ils ont juste en bas un excellent restaurant que je recommande très fortement ! (Kantin at the Granary) Excellent. Foncez !

This little hotel served my purpose very well...initially booked 2 nights just to try it out but was satisfied with everything hence extended to 2 weeks stay lol (travel restriction due to COVID). Strategically located at Jalan Brooke, very easy to spot. Have their own convenient store at the lobby. Otherwise other 24hr mini mart also available behind the hotel. Places to eat & shop within 10 mins of walking distance. Single room is spacious compared to other inns/hotels within the same league. Daily housekeeping provided (cleanliness assured). Floor to ceiling windows provided natural lighting (very important otherwise it would be depressing). Internet connection most of the time quite fast, sometimes lag especially during night time. This is now my new port in Miri.

Selepas enjoy di pakistan dan xbuat review hotel disana, kembali sini dan fly ke sibu untuk bercuti sempena tiket flight murah pen-kl-sibu rm56 ja. 3hari 2mlm di sibu. Hotel pertama untuk direview 🛖The Orchid Hotel Sibu -terletak di Persiaran Brooke, Pekan Sibu, saja pilih hotel yang dekat dgn attraction site by walking distance -hotel bertaraf 3⭐️ -book melalui trip.com rm109 with breakfast ( guna trip coin so free ja lah hehe) - hotel agak lama 25tahun dah beroperasi -sampai agak lewat dlm pukul 7pm, proses check in cepat dan layanan staff friendly 5⭐️ -jarak dari airport ke hotel 40min ( guna grab rm38) 🛖 Bilik -jenis bilik twin bed room -keluasan agak sempit, 10m2, ruang solat pun ngam2 ja. -kebersihan 6/10 -bilik air pun sempit -furniture mmg dah lama -lantai fully carpet -bantal dan tilam just ok. 🛖kemudahan -parking available dan limited -bfast ala carte sahaja, nasi lemak, donut, karipap, ketayap, coffee/tea, dari segi rasa so so ja 🛖persekitaran -dekat dengan semua tempat attaaction by walking distance, pasar malam sibu, Sibu Eng Ann Teng Tua Pek Kong Temple, sibu central market, Sibu Gateway Pintu Gerbang Sibu, Lin's Swan Garden, Sibu Heritage Centre 🛖Value for money -yes and okey la untuk harga yg dibayar, org kata U get what u pay hehe. -sesuai untuk semua jenis percutian, kawan2 or family. Tapi x sesuai untuk honeymoon hehe.
