Wonderful locations filled with history and beautiful antiques. Our suite was spacious and the bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooked the quiet garden of the Palazzo. Lovely interiors and very private hotel where each guest is treated like a member of the family. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay and we can't wait to come back!

Unique hotel in Sicily in the historic center of Linguaglossa. This hotel is massive, when you enter you won't realise how lucky you are to enter this sun-coloured facade. every room tells a bit of the Previtera family. The bathroom adorned with marble floors and the exquisite fixtures are unique, old world glamour that it is very difficult do find it. My wife and I had a wonderful time, waking up to the bird song, walk to the town for coffee, enjoy a dinner at the local restaurant and relax in the beautiful rooms of Palazzo Previtera. We can't wait to come back come, thank you for making our stay so special!

We had such a fantastic time at Palazzo Previtera, our deluxe room had a lovely view of the historic center and plenty of space to relax and unwind. the garden is gorgeous , just in the middle of the town and the swimming pool area is so peaceful and relaxing to enjoy a glass of wine. The living area of the Palazzo are decorated with interesting art pieces and antiques. The designers and the architects have considered every single details which is so rare in this world where everything is standardised. The staff was incredible and treated us like a Previtera, their recommendation were top notch and we will definitely come back.

My wife and I booked the wisteria cottage and loved the attention to details that the owners have devoted into restoring the grand Palazzo Rooms as well as the two rural houses disseminated in the gardens of the Palazzo. The wisteria cottage offers one of the best view of Etna and the historic center of Linguaglossa. The marble kitchen is so well designed and the bathroom is decorated with the finest ceramic tiles. It is also in the middle of the town of Linguaglossa, yet you have the greenest gardens and the tranquillity that the countryside can offer. We spent our evenings overlooking the sunset and sipping Etna wines. We will definitely come back and we did not find anything to blame !

Palazzo Previtera is one of the best places we stayed at during our two weeks holiday in Sicily. We booked the garden cottage and it was very spacious, beautiful furniture and the best view of Etna and the historic center of Linguaglossa. The cottage was modern and equipped with everything you need. The living areas of the Palazzo are breathtaking , we took part into the historic tour and it was so interesting to learn about the history of the Previtera family. We are so glad we found a place that care so much about Sicily and Sicilian heritage. We will definitely return and follow their dream. Bravi and keep up the fantastic work you have done so far to restore this part of Sicily!

I am extremely shocked by this place; I don't think I've ever stayed in such a poor room and environment. When I asked Alfio (the person that did the check in) about the possibility of moving to another room he told me that was impossible, when suggested a refund due to the room's condition, he refused, stating it was my problem. The photos of the rooms are completely misleading compared to the actual state. His response suggested that this isn't the first time he's encountered this issue. While there might be a few nice rooms (that I haven't seen), it was made clear that I couldn't use any of the hotel's facilities, as some were off-limits. It almost feels like a scam, it seems the family is building more rooms around the few nice ones they might have. I had to walk three minutes across the street after encountering the dreadful check-in desk. It felt I was completely going away from the property. I read an article in The Times which looked stunning; I am sure that journalist hasn't seen the entire place. I am in shock and would not advise going here under any circumstances if you have expectations. There is even TL light in the room, the room is dirty, and the furniture is worst then ikea. I'm also puzzled as to why there are so many positive reviews, with only one other negative review found, leaving me uncertain about what's truly happening here.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Alfio and his staff looked after us very well and helped us with all our requests including booking restaurants, arranging taxis and guiding us to the places to see things around Linguaglossa area. Breakfast was served to us as a couple and included a great choice of local foods much of it grown and made on the premises. Altogether a place we would highly recommend.

An extremely beautiful, modern yet historical place on Etna North. The rooms are wonderfully decorated with antiques and contemporary design; every single details has been taken into account. The food and service were fantastic, the organic breakfast with fresh pomegranate juice, homemade bread and jams served in the garden is magical. The garden are beautifully designed with views over the lush hills of Linguaglossa and magnificent ETNA. I cannot recommend Palazzo Previtera enough!

We spent a week with my husband and two daughters at Palazzo Previtera. We enjoyed every single aspect of this historic property beautifully refurbished. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious equipped with everything that you may need and the views from each bedroom was breathtaking. We took part into two cooking classes managed by the local staff and they were exceptional , food prepared was beautifully executed and presented. This is what I call true understated luxury and each member of the staff was passionate about their job and willing to share their knowledge with us. Thank you to all of you and we will definitely be back next year!
