Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

Reception on nightshift has no service at all. We booked for 3 nights. The room the we got one the first day everything broke, a phone in the room broke, we need to go down to reception from the 6 floor to ask for help. A/C broke. The room was 81F how people can sleep with that temperature. (no air dryer). It was 2 A.M when we go down to ask for fix the A/C due to late night there was no maintenance. We understand that point we ask for room chance what she said we need to wait for 2 hours due to system Freezing something and no manager at that time so I ask her if she can contact her manager because waiting for 2 hours for room change with that room is the worst. Finally wait about 20 mins to change the room. I did online check in on their Apps request for everyday cleaning but no one clean on the first day. Second day we need to ask cleaner by ourself to clean our room. On the last night we cannot get in to our room with our on hand Keycard so we need to update Keycard again because we cannot open our room. No words explain, no apologize on any unconvinced that we facing during our stay. The most disappointed stay ever. If someone planning to stay more than a night I would recommend find somewhere more worth. I would defiantly not recommend any one stay in this hotel even a night.

Very basic for a Sheraton but the location from airport is a plus.

Don’t come here, hotel is super dated and it has noisy rooms. If you have a car, expect to pay $50 USD parking a night- if not, they ask you to park 20 mins walk away at $24 cheapest. Rooms are old and TV came from 2000s; update your facilities please!

Bad hotel overall. Rooms are very exhausted and old, room is dirty, they didn’t even take out the trash from previous guest, smell is bad in the room. Front desk somewhat helpful, but a constant feeling that they just want you off the front desk as soon as possible, didn’t even managed to ask all my questions Protest going on, so if you don’t want to be disturbed at 6am resting after your flight, don’t stay here. Always a reason for protests. That’s why you see a good deal for this place online. As I understood staff doesn’t get paid enough at this specific place. Greed. Everywhere in big business. Don’t give this place any of your business. AVOID

Good location and amenities. Excellent staff. Furnishings a little tired.

The hotel was great however the fact you needed to pay for parking and was a guest 55 per night. That is unacceptable.

Very convenient to airport. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water Overall a nice stay. Only complaint was the elevators. Some times you have to wait a while for an elevator. I don’t think all of them were in service. I think only one was running
