We enjoyed our week long stay here. Located next to Rossio train station, 10 minute walk to the water and many fine restaurants. Room was bight, however our standard room was a little small but didn’t take away from the property. Many days we were left, cakes, nuts, fruit etc. My only problem was the lack of English TV. CNN was not available.

I visited this place in march 2022 with my husband. The + of this hotel: - modern (I think they have redecorated it recently) - perfect situation (you are between Avenida da Liberdade with Restauradores square on one side and the Rossio square) and you have thus plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the hotel, as well as many places of interest to visit in the neighbourhood - a good restaurant at the top of the hotel with a great terrasse from where you can admire the city: the Rossio Gastrobar It is « tapas » kind and it was one of the best food we had during this 3 nights stay - a good breakfast offer in a room which is also situated on the roof top, on the other side of the gastrobar, though a little bit noisy when it is full - the rooms are correctly equipped and perfectly clean - though you are in an animated area, it is perfectly calm and quiet in the rooms The - now: - the bedrooms are very dark. We took one superior with balcony but still, all was black in this room and the view was…not what we expected, even if it was on a quite high floor. In fact most of them are facing their other hotel across the road. I bet you’d better take a suite to get an open view. - service is ok but very discreet (reception) or jaded (gastrobar). It was good at breakfast. Let me explain: I couldn’t get a reservation in any of the three restaurants I had asked for my last evening through the reception. I guess it saved me money :-) At Gastrobar, several waiters were acting as if they had not seen our signs, waiting for the only waitress that night to do it at their place (which she always did)

We came across this place by chance wandering Lisbon. Our server Joao was amazing! And the food was very good, had the seared tuna was delicious. The vibes are pretty chilled in there - nice music. The rooftop was unfortunately closed due to bad weather but we snuck out for a look and the views were stunning.

My family have traveled across the world and have never experienced the holistic quality of service, quality of food and quality of care demonstrated by this hotel and resrurant. The magic began with the call with Vanessa who accommodated our needs with two young children. Eduardo at front reception was so warm, courteous and helpful. Vanessa continued to accommodate our family needs. We received absolutely world class service from Akemi who served us during the night. Vanessa and Eduardo helped ensure our ride back arrived successfully. Anyone looking for world class service, world class quality food, and a care above and beyond, should visit Memmo Principe Real Lisbon. A warm-hearted thank you from our family who tomorrow return to North America. This experience will remain a key final memory in our Lisbon holiday for years to come. we stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as well. All the staff that we interacted it were absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. The location of the hotel is perfect for spending a dew days in Lisbon. We walked almost everywhere. I would definitely recommend the AVANI Liberdade.

Excellent gym; terrific tour of it and the city view from the roof top location by Miguel, the staff attendant. Varanda restaurant had an outstanding breakfast buffet all three days. Excellent service as well. Room and bathroom very well appointed and serviced each day. Lovely views over the park from the hilltop location. Nice balcony. The concierge could have been much better. I wonder if the Lisboa a Noite restaurant has some sort of kickback scheme going with the major hotels. It was not remotely one of the best locations in Lisbon; 20 minute taxi ride away; grossly expensive - outrageous by Portuguese standards. Another recommendation for a casual dinner at By the Wine was ok, but, again, Lisbon has far better places to offer. The booking at Seen was brilliant, so we’ll give the concierge 1 out of 3. At more than Euro1200/night, this is a very expensive hotel. It’s the height of summer and Lisbon is trending, so I get it. Nonetheless, it’s expensive for what it is.

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.

We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

Perfect location, no shortage of restaurants steps away. Step out & turn to the right, you go to the shopping district with regular brands like Zara & United Color of Benetton, go to your left & Gucci, Prada & LV are all across the streets. Near metro stations too. The room was spacious, clean & had everything for a comfortable stay, like fridge, mini bar, complimentary water bottle, hair dryer, conditioning shampoo, lotion, shower gel, soaps, tea bags & instant coffee + electric kettle, etc. The beds aren’t the most comfortable & the views except the 5th floor aren’t anything special. We stayed for 4 nights & asked for a higher floor facing the city but it didn’t became available. The staff were nice & the staff breakfast is good value but not to have it every day of your stay as you can find plenty of options in the city to try.

酒店在自由大道上，出入比較方便，有問題問前台都會幫助解決，門口的小哥拿行李也很積極。分到的房間一般，雖然有小陽台，但是樓下是垃圾房，衹能每天關着陽台的門，離c羅最愛的餐廳50米，要去打卡的就很方便啦～早餐一般般，培根和蛋是熱的，另外就咖啡了。另外就是水果和麪包了。
