Zenit Lisboa

Zenit hotel is well located surrounded by bus lines and metro lines that will take you in no time all over the city. The staff are all helpful and courteous, the rooms are all super clean, big and most importantly sound proofed by double doors. The breakfast was good with choices of everything and even fried eggs and omelettes on request. I would return to this hotel.

Facilities were a huge letdown as the gym equipments were mostly not working and were faulty. On my last day when I was changing in my room before checking out, housekeeping barged into the room without knocking on the room door which is very unacceptable. I would only recommend this place if anyone is looking for a quieter hotel that is easy to travel to/from the airport in Lisbon.

The room was well equipped with everything you would need including a free safe which is usually chargeable. The beds are extremely comfortable too. The bathroom has a hairdryer, shaving mirror and all the toiletries you need too. We had a balcony which again was a bonus. It dropped one point as our sleep was disturbed by the man in the next room snoring very loudly. Even with earplugs you could still hear him. I don’t know if his balcony door was open but ours was closed and it was still really loud. The hotel is immaculate and the staff were friendly enough.

Upon arrival front desk not friendly. Triple room, sofa bed was health and safety risk, had 6 inch gap to walk through, told them but they were not interested in hearing it. Breakfast waitress no smiles no manners, didn’t speak. Hotel clean.

Lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle. It's a good 30-minute walk to the start of the main tourist areas, and also where the sightseeing buses are. The reception area is lovely and clean and smells fresh. There is a small bar area here. We had room 612. Lovely room with a small balcony just to stand on. Lovely arched windows plenty of light. There were twin beds pushed together to give a super sized bed. The main problem we had was storage, the configuration of the room. It had large bedside tables. This meant you could only open one wardrobe door fully and open the drawers about 5 cm. Quickly solved by moving the bedside table nearest the window towards the window and moving everything across. Although the room attendant moved it back again every day. It could be easily resolved, keeping them in the position we moved them in. It just meant it didn't line up with the headboard. Shame, really. Also, there were only 5 coathangers, so take more if you need them. There wasn't much in terms of storage for clothes, just the 2 drawers at the bottom of the wardrobe. We did move the extra pillows and blankets from the top area of the wardrobe to create more space for clothes. The room had a safety deposit box, fridge and desk, kettle, and refreshments. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning very quiet. The bathroom was large, lovely, and clean, a really handy shelf to store your toiletries under the sink. There was no plug in the basin, this we believe is just what happens here. There was hand wash and body lotion here, and a shaving mirror and hairdryer in the area around the basin. The bath with shower over, was easy to operate by pressing the buttons for either a bath or shower. There were bath/ shower gel, shampoo and conditioner here. The room was spotless and towels regularly changed. Breakfast is served on lower level , a great assortment of pastries, fruit, bread, juices, drink machine. There were a few hot items. Staff friendly and helpful. It's a real shame about the storage issues of our room as it would have been 5 stars from me, really easy to sort though..but doesn't spoil the stay.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic from start to finish, the bed was super comfy and really big, the room was massive, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and it’s really close to two metro stations which makes getting into Lisbon City Centre really easy. Genuinely if I ever go back to Lisbon this will be my first choice. Also it’s really close to some really good restaurants.

very good hotel to stay ,polite staff ,hotel very clean ,nicely located for easy access to the airport and walking into town was only there for 4 nights but will defintaly visit lisbon again as still a lot to see and would defenitaly base myself here again as there is so much nearby ,as we were lucky enough to see part of a festival would try and go at the same so we can see it all, lisbon i enjoyed it so much i will see you again and hopefuly manage to book here again

Excellent location 2 minutes walk from metro. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but not too touristy . Hotel very clean and service very good with great air con and rooms cleaned daily

Hotel Zenit is very clean. Our room has a modern and updated bathroom with good water pressure. The maid service is thorough and everything is spotless when they finish. Located near Saldanha metro station, good neighborhood, very convenient for supermarkets and small restaurants. Helpful front desk personnel. Good place!
