The checking process for this apartment was the most painful part ever, they have left things to technology but their tech didn’t seem to work . After 30 mins call with advisor in middle of night finally we checked in our room., One miss at Trip.com’s side is that I was never provided the correct booking number starting with 6 which was to be used for machine check in which caused all the confusion and time wastage. The room and location itself were ok and walkable to most shopping, eating and attractions in Lisbon. We took apartment for 4 which has a double bed and 2 single sofa beds up and down , overall apartment is small for 4 but functional in small space.

I had some trouble to check-in at the kiosk, so needed to call to the help center, which was helpful. And I had to pay overcharged city tax on the kiosk to finish the self check-in and I was told to send an email to claim the refund. Apart from that the place was enjoyable to stay.

Habitación pequeña pero muy bien ubicada, luminosa, limpia y con todo lo esencial. El espacio esta muy bien optimizado y los electrodomésticos funcionan genial.

Os códigos de acesso nunca funciona , caso atrase e não consiga contactar com alguém não consigo entrar devido demora do sistema para atualizar a reserva

因為是公寓，全程自助系統操作獲取房間號和密碼，服務就沒，給個3分因為自助機器配置了電話，如遇到問題可以尋求幫助。夠公寓設施肯定比不了酒店，但整體都很乾凈衞生。位置十分中心，屬於景點核心區，步行到商業廣場和baixa都很近，吃的也多。Tips：由於房間較小，最多2人。

Muito bom a empresa mas o atendimento é péssimo

This place is well located but the hallways and the elevator smell like real crap. We couldn't stand it. There is mold in the bathtub and overall the place is dated and not well taken care of. I will not recommend it to anyone.

A really very nice apartment The beds are very comfortable, the location is optimal. The staff is very nice and attentive. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and varied. I will be happy to come again. thank You

I recently stayed at this apartment hotel in Lisbon and it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. We loved being able to cook our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed the stunning views from our balcony. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this apartment hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!

We stayed in the appartment for one night. We liked the apartment very much. The appartment is centrally located. The appartments are well equipped. We were able to sleep well in the beds. The service staff was friendly. Compared to other apartments in a similar price range, I would rank this apartment among the better ones.

Clean, tidy and remarkably good-humoured staff. That's what makes it fun. Price - performance absolutely right. I'll be back again. We would love to stay here again and again! Clean, cosy and super furnished flat and very central.
