Ulasan Lumen Hotel & the Lisbon Light Show

A very nice hotel, clean and comfortable~ The bed was big enough to sleep 360’ Staff were friendly and handsome, there hotel has a light show everynight at around 10pm, you can enjoy the show indoor or outdoor area.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is big. Our stay is comfy. The night show is fun. But the hotel is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions.

I LOVEDDD my stay!!! the staff are so friendly and the light show was so fun esp as a solo traveller who comes back to rest early!!! the light show is at 10pm and lasts for about 15 mins iirc!!!

Fantastic hotel! Friendly and helpful staff during check-in and at the breakfast restaurant. Enjoyed the daily light show @ 10pm. Interestingly, can get a 5 Euro voucher daily for skipping the room service. Great idea to promote sustainability and green initiatives. Location is good, just few minutes walk to metro station.

Room was big, breakfast was fantastic. Location not in the centre but by uber is easy to access.

Hotel was excellent, staffs were kind and attentive Light shows were awesome and food was delicious.

My overall experience was good but the only downside for me is the location. It needs a long walk, around 20-30 mins, to get to the main city area. I had to get a taxi or Bolt to return hotel every night. The room was clean with a large king size bed. The room size is reasonable. We were on the first floor facing the street, it was quite at night. Slippers were provided on request. The staffs were very polite and friendly. There were no problem in communication in English. They also suggested a lots restaurants and attractions for us to consider. The lobby is spacious with a TV and also lots of seating area. There was a small gym room in the basement. We had a comfortable and great stay with Lumen Hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights with friends, service was great, with a nice bar area. Room was great and the biggest bed ever and was very comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning. The light show was worth watching, sitting outside in the evening with a bottle of wine. Visited in November and was lucky to have great weather. Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Clean room and great location with several Metro stations nearby.

The best hotel I've been in Europe. Great location and the breakfast is divine.
