It was really great! The pool is super nice, the room super comfortable.. really nice !

員工很友善，對房間面積也滿意。 地點很方便，在Sao Sebastiao 站一出便到了。 我也試用了泳池。就是隔音有點差，隔壁洗澡或在廁所聊天你會聽到。

Een goede ligging iets buiten het centrum. Metro dichtbij en je moet nooit lang wachten. Het ontbijt is basic ( geen lekkere koffie)en we vonden de fruitsalade niet zo goed. Vriendelijk personeel

酒店位置很好，近地鐵站，工作人員也很友善。但房間設備很一般，沒有USB插座，酒店也不提供暫借服務，插座殘舊鬆脫。房內燈光太暗，尤其洗手間，燈光不足。早餐還算可以。

We loved it. I have to say, I had one of the the best nights sleep I think I’ve ever had in my life the bed was that comfy. The hotel is slightly outside the main areas but literally outside the front door is a metro and this works brilliantly as it’s so fast and cheap you can be wherever you need to be within 10 minutes. We got this Metro from the airport which took us to our hotel in about 25 minutes. Wonderful rooftop swimming pool . We were there in September so I would imagine it would be hard to get on there in the peak season as small area. The breakfast was amazing everything you could possibly want staff friendly and attentive. One guy in particular unfortunately didn’t get his name. He worked on the bar and also in the breakfast room always smiling always happy despite his long shifts and spoke excellent English, credit to the Hotel. This was our first time in Lisbon and loved every minute of it cannot wait to return and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great Hotel Very clean and tidy Staff friendly and helpful Good location, Metro just outside can get the old town in 15mins Quiet location. Airport less than 20mins away. Breakfast good too. Rooms are spotless, TV and towels. Pool area is ideal, bar service was excellent. I would recommend and definitely would use again.

Location excellent, by foot or metro. Clean and friendly staff. The barman was especially friendly and very funny. Lovely bedroom with daily maid. The pool was lovely with a warm pool, even though the weather wasn’t great for us, so only managed one dip. Breakfast covered everything, from Continental, full English or healthy cereal and yoghurts.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Directly opposite Sao Sebastian Metro station which made it really easy to get to and from the airport and also to travel around the city. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Pool looked great but we didn’t have time to use it. Friendly staff on reception and at breakfast.

We agree with the many positive reviews given to this hotel. Location is excellent with easy metro travel from airport to front door (Metro is bang opposite it) and to the historic centre. Fares are reasonable and standard for anywhere on the Metro (4 lines), and for trams, buses, etc. Buy a Navagante card for reduced fares, and use and load it like a charge card. The hotel is about 4 Metro stops from the centre, where there are as many eateries, cafes, etc as you will need. We found the Parc Figgueria the best central place from which to explore the side roads, shops, eateries, etc. Our room (502) was spacious and quiet, given that it was at the front of the hotel overlooking the Av Duque d'Avila. Cleanliness, staff, hotel breakfasts, etc as many others have described, were all 5*. If there is a minor quibble - hence the 4* rating given - it was about the room courtesy bar. There is a coffee machine which takes special pods, and you are given a pod each for the first two days. Thereafter you have to buy them from the bar at a cost of Euro 2.50 each. There are sachets of diferent types of tea, but if you want 'English tea', again once the few sachets are used you have to buy them from the bar at a cost of Euro 3.50 each (we couldn't believe this) or from a local supermarket store or similar. Given that our room cost about £140 a night, it seemed to us that this was penny-pinching in the extreme. It would not have cost the hotel too much to refill the coffee and tea with one day's worth of each refreshment, each time. But other than that we would recommend this hotel as being at the top end of its 3* rating.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean with very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooftop pool was a bonus, breakfast was excellent and catered for everyone. The location of the hotel is also excellent with the metro directly opposite the hotel entrance. The barman Antonio was very friendly and made you feel welcome, a bit of a character, easy to chat with, Edris was a nice young guy as well working alongside. It was my first time in Lisbon and will certainly be back and would stay here again and recommend for others.

The hotel was as we remembered it, spotlessly clean and very well managed. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and very professional. The rooftop swimming pool was a real bonus after a hard day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location just opposite a metro station was the icing on the cake!

Great location close enough to get to everything but also in quieter area. Really easy to get to from the airport. Hotel was welcoming from arrival. We were able leave our bags prior to check in. Room was good and serviced every day if you wanted. Breakfast was really good. All staff were helpful but special mention to Leo who never seemed to stop smiling and nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooftop pool was a bonus and towels were provided. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

The Hotel is located just outside the center of Lisbon. But in front of the entrance, and I mean right in front 5 meters away, there is the entrance to the metro (blue and red lines) that take you both to the airport and to the historic center in 10 / 15 minutes. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the breakfast is complete with everything from fruit to jams to the inevitable cold cuts. The rooms (at least the ones we had) were very large and the cleanliness was impeccable. To conclude, the swimming pool for a moment of leisure is worth trying. It is small, 1.1 meters deep, but for a moment of relaxation it is excellent. It was a wonderful experience, thanks also to the staff who advised us and provided us with the necessary information to move (and not only) in Lisbon.
