Awesome.the only bad things happened was,I requested a lower bed,but however they didn't give it to me, instead,gave it to another person who already stayed there,and changed my bed.mis management in the booking system.They can't do that.if you don't have the lower bed,at least,inform the customer before the customer arrived.

This building is definitely in a noisier and more populated area of Lisbon, but the building felt safe, and the Metro is a couple of blocks away, which is so handy. They also provide coffee and tea, and the A\C was a huge plus. The room is small, but who is spending time hanging out there? Not me. The bed is super comfortable and we were able to check in early. The breakfast was good, although the staff seemed a little gruff. The views were fantastic.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Es un hotel sin demasiadas pretensiones, el desayuno básico pero suficiente, la limpieza buena. En mi caso me tocó una habitación con un pequeño balcón muy agradable. Personal de recepción amable, situación buena. Lo que para mí ha estropeado totalmente mi experiencia ha sido el baño. No puede ser que pongas un baño minúsculo, de 1 metro x 1 metro en el que no te puedes ni sentarte en la taza del váter, además (y esto es lo peor con diferencia) con una puerta corrediza que no cierra y se queda diez centímetros separada de la pared, para colmo, el baño está situado j7nto a la cabecera de la cama, con lo cual, si sois dos y uno está haciendo sus necesidades, el que está acostado lo está oyendo y casi viendo todo. Muy desagradable este punto. Solo por eso jamás recomendaría este hotel. El resto, como he dicho, aceptable.

Not bad. However very loud. I could here people talking outside my window all night long. There is a fridge, oven, hotplate, and a washing machine. The sofa unfolds too, wide enough for only one person.

Pleasant, very nice place. Great experience, everything was close by. The stuff provided excellent service. Very welcoming and helpful with everything you asked for. Definitely would like to go back or recommend to my friends. Thank you all!

Adorei o quarto, pequeno mas bastante cómodo. Melhor cama onde já dormi num hotel. Wc muito moderna e prática. Estacionamento fácil. Localização fácil de encontrar.

Room was clean, have both towels and hand towels, changed every day with clean ones. Pillows were good. To use room safe must pay deposit plus 2 euros/day. Has room phone but no phone directory, so unable to phone housekeeping or reception. Had to go down to reception to complain about the choked sink (wash basin): Sink choked, flowing very slowly, waste water accumulated took long time to drain away. However nothing done. Complained in the morning and in the afternoon about the choked sink and unable to use the room phone since no directory. Reception staff in the afternoon did not take note about the choked sink. He said hotel does not give housekeeping phone number to guests. I said that I want to complain to the manager. He said that he had passed on many complaints to his manager, though his manager said “yes, yes” but he saw no change, including the fact that room phone has no directory to call reception or housekeeping. (When we returned 11 days later, there was still no phone directory in our hotel room.) The following morning I told the reception staff that the sink was still choked. He was surprised and he went to our room to see the sink. After seeing that the sink was choked, he assured me that the sink would be cleared. Sure enough, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the c hoked sink was cleared. Has to climb 6 steps to reach lift/elevator. This can be a problem for older folks with heavy luggage. On our return stay, the room was much smaller. Could not close door of shower room when standing in front of wash basin. Mini fridge did not work and none available for replacement. Toiletry tray in shower area was missing. Not enough space to stand for showering, making it impossible to have a proper shower. Holder for shower nozzle too loose, could not stay in position except when hose was pressed against the wall.

I really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.

Neues sauberes sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Leider war das Angebot der Hotelküche sehr ausgedünnt, auf Grund der Corona-Krise, aber auch die verbliebenen Speisen waren meiner Meinung nach den Preis nicht wert. Qualitativ kann mann da außerhalb des Hotels in Relation zum Preis leicht fündig werden, Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet. Ohne Beschränkungen würde ich dieses Hotel gerade im Sommer empfehlen. Der hauseigene Pool und auch die große moderne Bar laden zum Verweilen ein, was mir leider nicht vergönnt war.
